Same thing happened to me - charge of $48.92 was found on my bank statement and I don't even know who EZBEAUTY is.....  Never heard of them and am pretty pissed off about this because I can't afford any additional costs these days!

Hello,

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at 866-407-3685 and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Your satisfaction is our number one concern,

Thanks,
Ursula

Yesterday (11/13) I noticed at charge of $87.69 on my account.  The merchant was EZBeauty.  I immediately tried to contact them via the number listed.  Mail box was full and you were directed in a circle.  Rang my bank who confirmed they are a scam.  Today (11/14) I called and managed to speak with a person @ EZ Beauty.  They claimed that whatever I ordered was delivered to me 10/30 and gave me a tracking number.  When I requested a copy of the signature document, the claimed it was sent regular mail via USPS.  When I informed them that tracking numbers are not provided for regular mail, they quickly wanted to end the call.  This is a scam and the banks know of this company.

SCAMMERS!!!  They are awful.  I think it is interesting that people are ordering a sample and then they get charged ridiculous amounts of money each month when it wasn't very clear on the website that there would be a membership.  LAME.  Now I am in trouble with my husband for ordering a stupid trial and then getting charged $79.28.  On the phone, on hold, trying to get someone to talk to so I can give them a piece of my mind.  They better cooperate!!!  I want my money refunded.  Oh, and by the way, never saw that sample.  Anyway, if you ordered DazzleSmile, call World Club Fitness, cause somehow you are now subscribed to them and will be charged in about 40 days.  The number to them is 866-407-3685.  They gave me the number to DazzleSmile and it is 1-866-528-6214.  You will probably be on hold FOREVER. Which stinks cause I have a life to live and this is not how I want to be living my life right at this moment.  I have better things to do and they are wasting my time.  AHHHHHH!

I too was duped by this "free trial" offer. I was able to get through and cancel my order and I returned the product over a week ago but I still got charged 87.62. Found it on my bank account today. So mad. Going to deal with them tomorrow.

HI,
I just got off the phone with them after finding a charge from them today. I was on lunch so I left my phone on speaker phone, until to my surprise, they answered!!! (35 minutes later) I was able to cancel my subscription for my $87 POS. And they said if I return the little tube thing they gave me, I'd get my money back. They then "emailed" me instructions on returning my product to them. I didn't get an email while on the phone so I made her verbally give me the instructions.

So far I feel successful. Shame on us for being fooled but after a phone call, where I was purposely long winded and asked several stupid questions i was able to extract a cancellation number, An order ID number (to be "clearly displayed on the return package"), her name and employee number, an address to return the package to. Also, listed in the verbal instructions, she told me the package had to be insured against loss and that you must request a return tracking #.

What a hassle. Oh well. One of life's little. Just got the email. This is what it says.

I have never heard of EZBeauty and logged into my bank account and was shocked to see I had been charged 87.62 for something I never ordered. This was charged to my account on 10/23/09. I contacted the bank which is a credit union and closed on weekends and left a message for them to stop the transaction and am closing my account and opening a new one with a different account number. The number left on my account was 1-866-797-7348, the number is busy and will never allow a call through. My husband has been a deputy for years and he was so alarmed that I have made up my mind I'm reporting it to the department and having something placed on the account I was gonna close to track this crook and catch him. IF YOU THE CROOK/EZBEAUTY IS READING THESE, I want my money placed back in my account.I will find this person who is stealing from so many of us come hell or high water. I have as well called the BBB and my husband has contacted other law enforcement agencies to help.I never received any calls I was just charged the money on my account. Any one who can help please email me at blogs4truth@hotmail.com,any information would be great or any other numbers that this EZBEAUTY has used. Thanks and I'm so sorry for the ones who has been scammed like me.

My son had a fradulent charge from EZBeauty hit his debit account (Wells Fargo) this morning in the amount of $87 and change.  He has never ordered from this company.  This will be the fifth fraudulent charge to hit his WF account since 8/08.  I've tried to call the company to see what's up, but, as you've all stated, it's busy or it doesn't go through.  He hasn't received a phone call yet, but WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS for this vendor.  The phone number on his statement is the same as you've documented.  This is ridiculous!

That number is always busy so you can't cancel. Just like all of you I didn't read the Terms and Conditions (mostly because there was so much of it). Fourteen days after I'd ordered my Free Trial I got hit with a charge of $79.28  I had read the article of the MOM that found the secret to white teeth and just happened to know that the combination of products needed were offering free trials and all you had to pay was for the shipping, so for less than $3 I could get white teeth.  Well both companies charged me and now I'm out $160.00 plus $3 and to stop them I had to change my card number. I believe that Oprah has a class action suit against them for using her name in the advertisement.  My bank says they can't do anything about it because I accepted the Terms & Conditions and it clearly states the trial is only for 14 days, starting the day you ordered it and that I'd get sent a new kit every month for the same great price of $79.28 EVERY SINGLE MONTH! I hope sleepless nights aflict them for their dirty deeds!!!!!
