Received a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

This number 866-798-3827 calls several days each week never leaving a message and usually calls twice a day when it does call. I'm sure they have there computer set to call at different days each week in order to discover when someone is home and picks up the phone so they THINK they know just
when to call. I say this over and over again Our do not call list does nothing much to help us from being disturbed morning, noon or night. I know for a fact some of these are marketing calls from people I do
NOT do or have done business with. Senate and Congress do Not help us. How about those calls be
forwarded to there homes and let thier wives take those calls, they would sure put a STOP to distrubing them though wouldn't they. This number has been calling for over a year now.
These are rip-off creeps and they are allowed to do it. They beat around everything and make FOOLS
out of our goverment.

Not Telemarketers.  It's DTE Energy calling about a past due payment on your electric or gas bill.  The rep told me that they only call business or people with very large past due residential bills.
