they call every day!

They call almost every day.  They do not leave message.  I'm in the dod not call list and have never done business with BOA.

Yea, they've called my house too many times for my taste also....so, as luck would have it, they called while I was watching a Bones repeat episode on TNT.  I put the phone right in front of the tv so they could enjoy the show with me.  At that exact moment, one of the characters happen to ask "do you know how tight a rat's rectum is".  Then I heard a click on the phone as apparently the BOA representative did NOT know how tight a rat's rectum was.

We are also tired of this bull and are on the do not call list ,so evidently it is not working ,does B of A NOT VALUE THEIR REPUTATION ENOUGH TO STOP THIS?

please do not call me anymore. i am sick and tired of you  guys calling me early in the mornings and late at night please do not call me anymore. i am not interesting in your offer. please try someone else.

They call several times a day. EVERY day.  I told them I wasn't interested but they STILL call.

Call about twice a week, want it stopped, am not interested in whatever they are selling or offering.

These idiots call me constantly trying to sell credit protection for my BOA mastercard.  When I call block one of their numbers, they switch to another one.

Supposedly BOA Insurance co. They call daily.They have been reported 4X and the DNC.gov is a big-assed joke.

We've been getting these calls too, on our house number and cell phones.  Friends at work are getting them also.  Next time they call, I'm telling them we know they are a scam and that the FCC, state attorney general and FBI have been contacted.

Like everyone else, get multiple calls from this number, on daily basis; worst of all, they're calling my work number as I work from home.  I don't answer the calls, they don't leave messages.

Bank of America call me everyday too!!! Drive me crazy!!
My phone number is in DO NOT CALL LIST too.
I guess I must close all my accounts in that bank to stop them call me.

I get calls from this number at least 1-2X per day. I never answer because it looks like a telemarketing number. Occasionally I get a message that says "this is not a solicitation call" and please call back during certain hours, etc.

They call at least 2 times a day.I answer and all I hear is dead air.I let my machine pick up and they hang on the line and then hang up.I did answer one day and they asked for a Sanchel Gomez.I told them there is no Sanchel or any Gomez's at this residence and to remove me from their list.The lady started to go on about how my Bank Of America account needs anti-fraud protection.I DON'T even bank with them! She asked me for a credit card number so I could sign up for only $9.95 trial for 30 days.I finally told her to go to hell!
They continue to call me,so I finally will pick up the phone and hold down the # key for 45 seconds until they hang up.One time the lady was screaming HELLO through the sound LOL...idiots.

Frequent irritating calls, sometimes no message, sometimes just a loud beeping noise. Never says who or what company/organization called. I got my phone number about 7 months ago. I wasn't expecting it to come with harrassing calls from the same numbers.

They call  starting at 9 AM  EST   !  I have answered and talked to a lady who claims to be from Bank of America  with an offer for Protection Insurance against  ID  fraud .  I say I am not interested  again  tell them that  I have received this call before  > They say that I will be removed from their data bank but it may take 30 days !!  It has been a lot longer than that ! I also am on the DO NOT CALL LIST  which is useless !

They have called 3 times today even after I called and talked with someone at Bank of America.  I have reported them to donotcall.gov on 2 seperate ocassions.  when will it stop?

Someone from this number calls daily and says nothing.  I am reporting it to the phone company as a harassment call.

Get calls from this number several times a week, and they are usually for my wife. My wife told me to tell them that she no longer lives here, since she knows who is calling, and that caller is Bank of America Insurance Services, and she has no interest in what they are selling. That didn't work, so I'm sending in a complaint at DoNotCall.gov.
