I recieved letter in the mail that was written on May 14th and that by phone I had authorized them to withdrawl from my acount by phone on May 21 I recieved this today May 22.  I called there number and only got a busy signal and when I tried the number at the bottom of the letter it went right back to dial tone.  I plan to call better business bureau. I am highly highly upset with this scam and there ott to be something a person can do about it.  If I start getting calls I will no doubt be extremely upset.  I didn't authorize this.

They got my brother's number, in another STATE, and are harrassing him, 20 calls a day.  No one is ever on the other line.
I can't imagine why they are bothering him.

Pass this around people...Again DO NOT Call Theese numbers . ways they get you to call is a post card in the mail or letter e-mail ect...please becareful what you give out on the internet like online jobs ect...scammers beware.. You will get caught...

This company not only has been calling me 10 to 20 times a day, but they have looked up other people with the same last name and have been calling them in my city.

I had 25 calls from this number on my land line in one day.  I finally blocked it, now caller ID says "out of area."  They also called my mobile phone repeatedly.  I had to create a "buddy list" just for Encore to block their calls.  My home and mobile numbers are my work numbers.  When I finally answered, since they refuse to leave a message, a recording told me to hold, then cut me off.  The stress of this harassment is ruining my health, and it is about an unpaid medical bill.  They should burn in hell for eternity.

IF it is so dame important then there should be a body on the other end to speak with you, and be in ENGLISH and understandable. This being on hold is for the birds and when you call back to that number it also is a recording and "please hold",well it can't be important especially if they do not leave a message or speak clearly and distinctly..these calls need to stop..

Keep calling me, telling me I have a debt that they need to collect.

I have had 15 calls in one day and it's just 1:32pm.... they continue to call my cell phone...

the phone calls started today at 819am then another at 822am, 834am, 1235p,354pm,  this last call I picked up and waited for the recording- business matter , we're getting your acct. information , repeated while I waited THEN it disconnected! So I never talked to a live person! While writting this I received yet another phone call it's 416pm. I am still on hold w/Encore Receivable Management Inc it's 428pm and now it's ringing thru Encore ext.2001 okay its been ringing for 6 minutes and no one is picking up. I cant even tell them to stop calling!

This number calls several times a day never leaves a message. When I answer the phone theres either dead air or a machine. They call like every half hour to an hour and up till ten o clock at night.

I call 1-866-802-6985 back and its a recording
saying to stay on the line, call might be recorded,
operator standing by...etc.

I have this # on my missed calls list.
