I have called Bank Of America and these calls are not from them. They told me this is not one of their numbers.

These harassment calls from 866-806-3983 must be stopped.
Getting recorded calls from the same phone number at least three times daily.
Trouble is, they?re looking for a person which does not exist at my home. I keep telling them that I don?t have such a person that they?re looking for, and tell them to stop calling my number. However, I continue receive numerous calls from the same phone number again after a few days later.

the 866-806-3983 calls us almost every 20 minutes. We have reported it before and have placed it on a "do not call" but harrassment continues. This is a recorded telemarketing message from Bak of America asking us to apply for a home loan.

I recive several calls a day from BofA. I never have and never will bank with them, never had account, mortgage, or any business whatsoever. these are telemarketing harrassment calls that must stop.

No reason for this company to continue to call our number. We do not bank with BofA. Too many calls daily and it's got to stop.

Getting recorded calls from the same number.
Trouble is, I've never had a Bank of America account of any type, nor has my mortgage been sold to Bank of America (I've checked).
The recorded message from this number asks to return the call to another toll free number. When that number picks up, an automated system asks you to input your Social Security Number or Account Number. You can't get a person on the line without doing one or the other.
This is either a scam or a big bank run amok.
