got a call from this number, answered it and it started ringing like I was the one who made the call. A young male voice (American accent) answered and asked for me by name. I asked "why?' and got hung up on. This happened at 12:30 MDT on Saturday. It called my cell phone, and when I tried to call the # back the recording said that # could not be called from my service area
