I too placed an ad to sell an item.  They definitely  harvested our numbers.  I got the same recording about internet advertising.  We can't even try to sell our extra household items without having our privacy invaded.

They see your ads on Craigslist or ebay classifieds or kijiji in Canada and pitch you with this deal" we will list anything you have for a $90 one time fee and refund it to you if it doesn't sell" or along those lines. Once you get an agent and don't fall for it they pitch you with a $50 advertising campaign. Of course I said no, being a New Yorker, and went to their site to have a look-see. They only had 50 adverts in the New York City  area for merchandise and their site is as useful as tits on a bull!  Beware of these guys. They falsely claim they are the highest ranked merchandising site on Google, etc...that is nonsense!

We all should call them everyday and just waste their time!

The automated calls come every day. I just listened to the whole recording and the numerical options at the end include "press 4 and we will never call you again." I hope this works. You can't press 4 in advance, you have to wait for the message to be almost totally over first.

We are receiving unsolicited calls from 866-813-2215 with long messages that do not have any interest to us.  We have been maintaining our number on the "Do Not Call List" for years. These disruptions are very inconvenient

Placed an ad on Kijiji and the phone calls haven't stopped.  I told them I wasn't interested.  They keep calling.
I've now blocked their number on my phone.

Unsolicited calls from this number regarding web ad promotion-you can't reach a rep to request a do not call.  Left mutliple messages requesting to be removed.  Plan to report.

We got the same call as all the others, twice so far, two days apart.  The funny thing is, there was NO way to stop the automated call.  I was listening to their message as it was being recorded on our answering machine.  I attempted to stop the message by picking up the handset and hanging up, but the message continued.  I then actually UNPLUGGED the phone from the jack, and when I plugged it back in, the message was STILL going.  This isn't right.  We are on the National Do Not Call registry, we have never done business with this company, it is an automated call, it cannot be interrupted or stopped, and this company should be prosecuted.  I have reported this to the National  Do Not Call registry.

Called 866-813-2215 to have them remove my phone number from their system -- recording indicates "Ace Advertising" and the mailbox is FULL!  Cannot leave a message but will be reporting it for violations of the DO NOT CALL list.

Keep getting this call with voice message using up my air time and it is all the time , Telliing me about a full page ad and web site. Max internet expos. 90.00 per mo . I am not a Bus owner and want this to stop now . Please do so. I called number to get this stopped this lady was very rude. She told me to listen to her she would not listen to me to ask her to stop calling , This name is Ace avert. If you get a call you need to report this . I am on a do not call list.  I also placed a ad for free puppys in a local news paper like the persons commet above. THis needs to stop.

Just received a call from this number on a phone which I know is on the "Do Not Call" list. They did not leave a message, but from other comments here I will not be returning their call nor answering future calls. And also based on other comments here, it would seem they got my number off a newspaper ad that I recently placed.

I also received a same phone call from that number and said toll free..... I hung up the phone.
I returned their call, they get the phone numbers from newspapers ad sections and call people. The first lady got rude with me.  I hung up again.  I redialed again, the next lady was much kinder and I told her my feelings and on the National Do Not call list, telling her I feel it's getting too much getting so many calls a day with all the political ones plus more telemarketers getting around the National Do Not Call lists.  I asked how they get around the National Do Not call list?  No answer to the question.
I will be checking with the Better Business Bureau also and trying to search for Ace's address on internet.

I too just rec'd a telemarketer call from Ace Advertising saying basically the same thing.  They get your phone numbers out of ads of newspapers across the country and then start their automated calls which are so unwanted especially after all these political calls people are getting day after day.  I'm really feeling angry right now as feel my privacy has been taken away from me.  I dialed their phone number of 866-813-2215....a live female answered stating Ace Advertising....I told her I was most unhappy with their tactics and that it an invasion to my privacy, I'm on the National Do Not Call list,And stated they can be reported and incur a fine for not checking with them first before making telemarketing calls.... and that I feel like they need be reported as they are doing this all over the countryside.  The lady became rather rude with me.   I hung up on her, then I redialed and another lady answered who was much more courteous, telling her the same thing she wanted my phone number to remove it from their own calling list.   I have also called our own local newspaper and left message there about this, and feeling that is illegal.

They harvested my cell phone number from an online classified ad and left two messages (so far) on my cell phone.

I called the number left by caller ID. A recording identified the "business" as "Ace Advertising". The recording touted their product which they called "Maximize Exposure". I left a message informing them they were illegally calling a cell phone (on multiple occasions) and that if they called me again I would press criminal harassment charges.

unsolicited call.  left a voicemail promising to improve my sales success.  (according to another phone number site, these people may have harvested my phone number from a classified ad that I placed recently to sell a light fixture.)
