I had recent calls from this number telling me someone is suing me for check fraud. They give me another number to call... THey called again today and told me they would be serving me tomorrow, to make sure I am home with an ID, or to call this other number to get it cleared up.
I agree I may owe a bill to this third party, but I think they are trying to scare me into paying it right this second.
There is a difference between check fraud and skipping out on a bill! They have even attempted to call close friends or relatives regarding this.  Telling them I am wanted for check fraud. If that were the case , wouldnt the police be after me???
