call 4 times a day  leave no message  I dont answer unknown or no # calls  anybody else have this 3 calling you?????

I get calls from this number at least 4 times a day. One days it was 3 times within 2 1/2 hours. I don't answer 866 0r 800 numbers.  I am on the do not call list, but I still get this call.

Someone from this number 866-820-3726 has called me 3 times today. I do not answer  866 0r 800 numbers, they never leave a message.866-820-

Receive several calls a day from this 866-820-3726 with name not provided on my caller ID - I do not answer and they just keep calling - for some reason AT&T's call block won't allow this number, go figure.  I did call the charity and left a message to put me on their NO Call list.  Charities are required to do this, even if they don't have to honor the government posted lists.  The name of the organization is Foundation of American Veterans.  I checked out their online tax returns -- 90 cents of every dollar is spent on fundraising and administration.  They raked in 5.3 million on the 2007 return and paid out only a half million to vets.

This Is A Scam! Finally answered and they wanted my social security number along with bank information!!!!

They said they could decrease my interest rate on my credit card....I didnt tell them wat type of card I had, but I told them I thought I had pretty good credit and that I only had 2,000 that I owed...then the girl said she probably couldnt help me and we hung up. Do you think my info is in danger of theft?

I have received calls from two different numbers every day, several times in a day. One of the numbers actually called several times in a 10 minute span. I called the number back once and it was the Foundation of American Veterans Numbers 866-820-3726 and 866-879-2821. Scary thing is that I chose not to leave a message when I called, I just wanted to know who it was that was calling everyday and they called me right back and several times after that within minutes. This is scary, and I do not know how I got on their call list. I am wondering how the above person found out this was an identity theft ring.
