I have had a charge to my account from this company too. I rang my bank to cancel my card and they told me it wouldn't stop them from taking any money from my account as my card shows my bank account number on it too so I would need to close my bank account and start again. I am so angry about this

I got a $87.47 charge on my account. This is a scam. Try calling 877-666-0531. A person will get you to a web page to cancel your order. I did this and will see if they do. What a scam and I am pissed.

THIS HAS JUST HAPPENED TO ME , WITH BOTH COMPANIES, THEY HAVE BOTH BEEN IN TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM ME AND HELPED THEMSELVES TO £300 quid which I really can ill afford and what makes matters worse my bank couldn't give a stuff, once the fraud people have investigated this I'll be changing my bank. I needed help and advice and didn't get it. it really pisses me off the way our country allow these scams to  run once its been brought out in the open wouldn't you think it would be stopped... very upset at the moment and feel totally violated. not sure if i'll get a refund .the tel number I managed to find and speak to someone was 02033185241. ring after 6 to be sure to get an answer. not that it helped the company is out to screw anyone it can.

I too was a victim of these bastards. It sounds like we all got suckered to buy that tooth whitening crap back in January, then we all had to fight to get it cancelled. Apparently those same bastards sold all their info on us victims to another bunch of bastards - the IBUILDWEALTH c***suckers~~!
Well, I managed to find some contact numbers for the first bunch of weasels, they live in Boca Ratton, and I even had an adress for them where the bogus toothpaste/unidentified chemicals came from.
I eventually got LORRIE on the phone, she seemed to be one of the main original crooks...or the g/f of same.

I lost over $500 to these jokers. I don't know how people can answer these phone calls all day and feel good about themselves - but, my lack of reading the terms and conditions helps to pay their paychecks.  Terrible.

I too noticed a charge of $40.00  taken from my account for this "IBUILDWEALTH", and this was a  few days after trying to get my money ($85) back from this Everbright Teeth Whitening Co. for a trial offer.  I did contact this IBUILDWEALTH @ 866-822-9626, and spoke w/ Tangerene who said she will be crediting my account, and gave me a confirmation number.  Hopefully this will work.   I also changed my account number, and have a new debit card, but will never be using my debit or credit card on line again unless it's from a reputable company that I trust.

same story but my charges totalled just over $400.00.  called visa and i was told even more new charges since my statement was sent out.  I GUESS AS THEY SAY NOTHING IS FREE IN LIFE.  i feel very stupid.

This happened to me also.  I checked my bank account this morning and found a $40.00 charge for IBUILDWEALTH.  I've checked with my bank and was advised some company sold my information.  My advise is cancel the credit card or debit card that was used to do this to you.

exactly the same has happened to me, although I feel I have been luckier than most of you as IBUILDWEALTH only took £4 out from my account, along with another company who took £3 I have cancelled my bank card in which was used but like some of you I have been informed from my bank that these companies may be able to take futher monies from my new card, which in this day and age you would think the bank could stop this from happening, I was also told that these companies may try to get credit in my name so have had to take out extra insurance on my account, how these people can get away with this is beyond me, they are the scum of the earth to be able to rip innocent hard working people of whilst they sit back and scam us... if all else fails and I find that more money does come out of my account then I will simply just close the account, but again the bank has informed me they can still take money.. HOW is beyond me as if there is no bank account how can they get money from something that does not exsist, to be honest I feel some banks wil take advantage of this situtaion by selling you products, all`s I want from my bank is to reassured that no more money will come out of my account..  I wouldnt say that is asking too much..

My story is the same as all of you. my husband ordered  the free trial{which we never recirved} 4days later they took £60 from my account.I called the company repetedly. Eventually i got through. told me i had to email them to cancell.I did but never recieved any confirmation. 6 days later i build wealth took amother £30. Have now cancelled our card.

There appears to be another company involved in this scam SII*ONLNORDR8776833080 so please be aware.  So far this company, IBUILDWEALTH and CLN*TEETHCS have taken £367.88 from my credit account.  My card company were not really helpful, they are sending me a form to fill in which should be with me in the next 7 days, (how much more will the companies have taken from me in that time) and then they will look into the problem.  Unfortunately I cannot pay off my card as I have to eat during the next month.  I've tried various phone numbers and e-mail address given on websites such as this but to no avail.  I just feel so frustrated and helpless and I really want to cry, but that won't help.  If anyone finds a way to contact these people that works, please let me know.

I was charged $70.00 over the past 2 months...called and CANCELED my account that I never knew about...they reimbursed me for $40 of the $70, yesterday got charged another $40. Called the dumb butts and they said they "had no record of the charge." IM SO VERY PISSED. They gave me a fraud email that doesnt even work, and told me to send my bank statement. WHAT A JOKE. THEN they said it was a reimbursement....IM SO PISSED.

Just got off the phone with IBUILDWEALTH because of a $40 charge to my bank card.  Very slippery when I asked them if they were affiliated with My Whiter Smile which we bought on a "free trial" back in March.  They claimed that they "did not represent" any company by that name but the charge was on the same date as the call Whiter Smile (which never did charge the card).  I knew something was up soon after the original call was made so we cancelled the card.  Thank God because I'm sure that more charges would have been made.  I did receive a confirmation on the credit of $40 so I hope it will work. I have called by bank card company and have told them of the charge and set up a "Dispute Charge" report.

Well, same story, they had £350 off me, AND when I called my card company they put me through to a woman who said my account had been cancelled 2 weeks ago! (Not by me!) And they would refund me for the last month. If I wanted a further refund then i was to fill in the refund form she then sent me on email. The small print on the form says "upon signing and returning the agreement, membership care will issue you a refund which will be credited to the card used. (and watch out for this bit!) YOU PROMISE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT DISPUTE ANY OF THE CHARGES THAT HAVE BEEN CHARGES TO THE CREDIT CARD BY MEMBERSHIP CARE WITH THE BANK OR CARD CO YOU USED TO PURCHASE YOUR MEMBERSHIP!!

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MEMBERSHIP CARE...

In other words, fill this in to get your refund and void all opportunities to get your money back!! Bastards! Well I'm writing an email without signing the form and we'll go from there!

I am from the UK and was a bit concerned after sending off for the Free Trial teeth whitening products, Ive been billed for the shipping and handling but have not yet received the goods.

I rang the company at the American number given and had no luck getting through, so after reading all these bad reports, I immediately rang my credit card company and informed them, and they are sending me forms to put a stop on any future attempts to take money from me.

However, I then tried a number for UK callers and I got through, the customer services girl was very good and dealt with my problem, firstly offering me extra time to receive the product and try it, though i'm wary now and decided just to cancel.

They sent me a cancellation email which again I had problems with and had to call again and I got through straight away yet again and they dealt with my problem immediately and I now have 2 emails from them saying that I will no longer be charged anything from their company, I will still return the forms to my credit card company in case of future attempts from Ibuildwealth

but it may be worth you giving this number a call as it seems (fingers crossed) to have done the trick, hope it helps

I "DID NOT" get a call, just checkd my bank account and wham! there that 40.00 charge is!!!! and that number? 1-866-822-9626 does anybody know anything about it? This "crap" pisses me off to no end!

I too got the 40 dollar charge........stupid me, used a debit card (fyi-just about the dumbest thing to do as your account can be wiped out) to purchase some tooth whitening product, that company in turn gave, sold, whatever my bank info to IBUILDWEALTH and charged my checking w/ 40 smackers.  I alerted my CU right away and they got my $$ back......had to fill out fraud paperwork.........if you don't belong to a mega bank, perhaps you can get your $ back too.

I don't know how they got this credit number becuase linke to my HSA Account....$40, no clue who they are!!!! I don't use this card for anything except medical deductible expenses!

A lot of these rip-off companies are linked.  It is impossible to cancel the "trial" sample.  I canceled my credit card right away but the bank did not offer to reverse the charges so I guess I am stuck.  They also said that even though I got a new credit card, the company can still try to force new charges onto it as I supposedly gave my authorization to continue monthly to IBUILDWEALTH, which I never heard of until today.  I am very mad that they can supposedly still force the charge.  Still pursuing the matter with the bank and very pissed off.  I'd like to get a lynch mob and go after these guys.

I called the # and a woman who does not speak fluent English was no help. She says this was a cash management program and the charge was for a membership.
I told her I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this and do not know anything about this company. I informed her I was taking this to my bank and going to file a complaint and investigate. She was not friendly nor helpful of this situation instead puts me on hold and I get hung up on.. I  went directly to my bank branch manager and told her of my concern. I told her this was not authorized and that the lady on the phone asked me to give her my address and more info. ( which I did NOT do so ). My bank stopped my CC  It appears that I have googled this ibuildwealth and have seen many more of the same identical complaints. I too got a trial for a tooth whitening from ever bright whites.  Advertised that I Just had to pay for the shipping and had a 10 day trial period. I was charged $ 80 bucks on my acct when I didn't even rec'v the product, nor had my trial period ended. I did get hold of someone from the tooth whitening company which assured me this was their mistake and would refund my $. I did cancel my trial period with a representative.. I did get most of the refund back except for almost $ 2.00. The concern is that this company sold my CC info to this ibuildwealth. Also that this tooth whitening company still may have my CC. #. I have reason to believe these two company's are connected in this fraudalent scam. .My bank immediately canceled my card. For others with this same problem. As soon as you know of a suspicious charge from any of these company names. GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK and let them know of any unauthorized charges on your bank acct. They will take the necessary steps to handle this situation. My CC card has been cancelled so no further charges that are NOT authorized can be possible. Till then. The bank will file a dispute, an investigation........   I feel violated., Stripped of my privacy.

I DID NOT ask for membership in this 'Debit Repair/Credit' scam. On my Bank statment there was a charge for $30.00 to IBUILDWEALTH. I called the little darlings and told them that I did not request or click for anything from them. This call was connected to "Membership Care". Through the entire conversation Della kept trying to get me to accept a $200 benefit as a way of saying thanks. I told her that "NO" to every question she was going to ask. When she finally shut up long enough for me to comment on how this conversation resolved my problem I told her that I didn't want any telemarketing, do not like telemarketing and am on the DO NOT CALL list and she had better tell her computer not to dial me again. She tried to tell me 'how I might have signed up' for their program. Again I told her to cut the B.S. - I didn't select this membership. I also told her if she collected my address with tracking cookies she'd better loose them. I also told her I was going to report this number. The bank statement showed NV as the transaction location. If I can think of anything else to do to them I will. I am supposed to have full refund in 5 days. It took more than $30.00 effort to get back what they stole!!!

Actually, did not receive a call...stupidly ordered the same tooth whitening sample (paid shipping and handling only) to which others are referring...cancelled immediately and was told I was cancelled; however, $40 charge showed up twice for IBUILDWEALTH... AS WELL AS $87.47 monthly charge for tooth whitening membership which I clearly cancelled and received confirmation #'s for cancellation. I called REGIONS and cancelled my card. All charges are being disputed and I will know within 10 business days if I will get my money back or not.

This doesn't just happen in the U.S. - I am in Canada and had the same thing happen. Stupidly ordered a "free trial" of South Beach Acai Berry from Natural Source Store.com a while back, then today saw a charge on my credit card for $40 by IBUILDWEALTH with the 8668229626 phone number. There was no reasoning with them on the phone and although I like to think of myself as a calm person, she had me yelling "NO!" over and over again!  The credit card company said these companies are affiliated, which of course they denied, but it's very obvious ibuildwealth got my credit card number from Natural Source.  I have changed my credit card number and after everything I've read about the hassle people are going through to try to get their money back. I'm going to just write off the $40 to my own stupidity and not even bother to try to get it back as it's not worth the increase in my blood pressure when I have to deal with people who make me that angry!!!
