Received a call from this number and it sounded like he said he was from "NRP" but I couldn't find that anywhere when I looked it up online, so I don't know if its legit or not. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but is it NOT illegal for anyone to contact you about any kind of debt you may owe, and threaten you with saying a case was going to be filed against you!!
