This is Brachfeld and Associates, aka Meridian Management Solutions, aka Erica Brachfeld.  My man received a phone call from "Meridian Management Solutions" awhile back, we wrote them since we'd never heard from them before and disputed, also told them it was inconvenient to receive phone calls as we work nights.  They called again from this number -- a violation of the FDCPA. I'm about ready to sue them because this is a debt that belongs to my man's ex wife, not him, and we are sick of the harassment.

I keep getting a call from this company asking for a famally member that moved out of my house in July of 2006. I need to keep them from calling me, some time several times a day

We have BEEN receiving these calls for MONTHS now. Have talked and talked to them till I'm BLUE in the face. They say they cant find my number in their database. I ask then, how the heck did I get y'alls number then! I am writing and sending a letter tomarrow, certified and see if it works!
I did talk to someone at 310-273-8670. That's the contact number on their website. I always get someone at that number. Try there, not the number on the recording. It's not even working anymore!!!

You have been calling and calling my home phone number for several months now. I have called you back and given you all information on ALL family members of this residence. I have done all I can to help you eliminate my household from your automatic caller!

When I spoke with “Joe” at your office he would not give his last name. At that time , he apologized and promised me that our phone number would be taken off “the List”

Since we have concluded that “Joyce Williams” does not reside with, nor is an associate of ours, I am demanding that my number be removed from your database. If not, I will gleefully pursue every applicable legal sanction against you that I can if you fail to comply with this simple request.

I am sorry this has come down to this type of action.
But I am tired of receiving calls that aren’t mine!
And being lied to by your office that this matter would be cleared up!
I have NOT been able to sleep in one single solitary Saturday in 3 months due to your calls!
