Comes up "Unknown Name".."Unknown Number". Some guy named Jeff Luis left a voicemail advising me to call back. He stated that if I did not call back in a couple of days to have my attorney call him back

This company calls me 2-10 times per day, When they are smart enough to leave a message they ask to return the call and refer to control number - - - -
If you owe money like i do and you dont want to pay up then DONT call them back

I get several calls from this company as well and don't know who they are.  They don't leave messages all the time for me either.  Who are they?

Called and asked for someone who wasn't here.  I asked who was calling, they said "tell me who you are and I'll tell you why I'm calling", I said 'no', so then she said, well "look sir you need to pay my client over $9000" in a snotty voice.  I just hung up.

Frankly I have no clue who it is - I might try calling back another day to find out.

call the Federal Trade commission and file a complaint..

Called on July 8, 2009 at 4.00 PM MDT. So far they called me multiple times in the last coupld of weeks and I could not reach them. Some how when I returned call today, (Male Voice) they said they are looking for some on named JermY Davis. I said this is a new number for me and no one with that name here, do not call me. He said he will remove me from calling list. Hope he certainly will and do not annoy me any more

I kept getting calls from this # on my newer cell phone #.  I knew it wasn't for me.  So, I called the # from my home phone.  First, you'll get a recording asking for a code.  I just entered 0 twice.  Since 0 is invalid, it transferred me to an operator.  To be perfectly honest, the operator was very professional & apologetic.  I told her it was not for me & I am to be removed immediately.  I did tell them this was my second request (truth or not, tell them it may make them take your call a little more serious).  The operator apologized & had the # removed immediately.  Give it a try...hope this helps!

My last posting is just above this one.  Well, they keep calling anyway.  I called back again.  Again, they were very pleasant & told me it's a computer generated call, but he did remove my # immediately.  Of course, the last person told me the same thing!  I told this person that I have little faith in what he's telling me.  He was very apologetic & told me he did remove it & it shouldn't happy again.  Well, again....we'll see!!  If it happens again, I'll have to report them.  Good Luck Everyone!!!

They required a partial payment from a debt from a bank I have never had business with, using a credit card I never owned. They have partial information which is correct and  some that is not.

calls once or twice an hour. never leaves messages. running up my cell phone bill with all these calls. called them and person said trying to reach someone i don't know. told them wrong number. "hmmm, I'll remove the number" this woman said.  believe it when calls stop.
