Thi company calls on a daily basis and you pickup and there is none there but once a week. They call up to at 10pm eastern in mycase. This is the number they use;

purchased in ElDorado Ranch in 2005 promised electricity installed within one year. Still no electricity
even though owners have paid HOA dues and some built homes with promises that they would have
electricity....none to this day!  Numerous websites per any of the above, Textron/Pat Butler, and more.

What lawsuits? Pending where and for what?

Concord also can be hired to handle loan payments on properties and investments. If you see the number, they may be trying to get a payment or contact information on a loan you have; even if it isn't past due. It doesn?t mean it is in collection.
Concord was hired to handle all loans from a timeshare group out of CO so I have gotten a few calls on my timeshare. Since they are a collection agency, they do conduct business like a collection agency, but when you get to your loan information, it is no different than dealing with the lenders directly.
Don?t be freaked out and be afraid to answer their call, it may be a courtesy call on something you are responsibly taking care of.

I to get telephone calls from 866-859-4380. They are Concord Servicing Inc. to do with El Dorado/LaVentana (Mr. James "Pat" Butler), developer from San Felipe, Baja, Ca.They
also use telephone Nos.480-684-1766; 480-998-7585; 866-493-6366 and they will call from
8 a.m to 9 p.m as much as three-four times a day, trying to collect HOA dues and loan
payments which are in default.  Numerous lawsuits pending.

Just got a call and missed answering it, no message... Don't know who this is... Anyone?

Also getting calls from this number at my place of work.  No debts according to Equifax and Transunion.  No one ever answers, but they call every day just before noon.

I just got off the phone with one of their agents, who gave me the 866-859-4380 phone number and the address.  They have been calling here looking for someone that I have never even met.  According to their website, they are a debt collection agency, among other things.

I have spoken with the FTC recently, and their suggestion was to get all the information I could from the caller, and then send them a "do not contact" letter as per the "Fair Debt Collections Practices Act".  The FTC advised that the letter be sent certified mail, return receipt requested.  If after they receive the letter, they continue to call, I will then be able to file a complaint with the FTC.  You may also have other remedies which will vary from state to state, the FTC may be able to provide you with more information on that.
