Got a call from 866-860-4509 from a foreign man with an American name of Daniel Page. He stated he was from the unsecured loan dept. and that I had a cash advance from United Cash.  They have all my personal info. I ask them to show me proof of this so called loan because I never heard of a company called United Cash much less took a loan from them. they said they was persuing legal matters and I told them i would see them in court. I believe this a fraudulent company and will prey on unsuspecting people for the purpose of getting money out of them......please below aware.  I have reported this number to the Atty.General's Office/Consumer Affairs for a formal complaint.

I received a call from a Bruce Payne at my work. When I refused to continue a conversation with him as I felt he had the wrong person, even though name was right, but my name is a very common name, when you look it up there are 6 other people in my state with the same name. He started yelling and screaming he would have 3 men coming to get me. I hung up. He then called my Operations Mgr which told me not to talk to the guy any more as he threatened him and it was a scam. This Bruce guy then called Human Resources yelled at them, Human Resources stated to him he was harassing the company. He then called back and spoke to the Controller of our company, she asked for his attorney's name and he hung up. They continued to call and tie up all the company phone lines to the point we put all phones on hold for 1/2 hour to finally get them to stop calling.

Sad to say, three days before this call, there was a bank draft taken out of my checking account, which is being investigated by the bank fraud division. The bank closed my account and started a new account. Myself and the Bank has tried calling the number that was on the bank draft with no return calls. The answering machine is a foreign middle eastern talking man as well.

Best thing to do is hang up and do not answer their calls. If you feel they have too much information on you, call or check your bank account and see if any suspicious actions have been taken on your account and yes even though a pain and a lot of trouble, close your account. Better safe than sorry. How they got my information is beyond me?

I found this posting by typing the callers name (Bruce Payne) in. The call came into my company as a 0000

Ive recieved the same amount of calls.Even after talking to them they continue to call.I spoke to a lawyer and the unfortunate thing is that they cant be found.They might not even be in this country! I intend to report them to the FTC and the Attoney General everyday if i have to.Please do the same.

This is a scam,  I got 30 calls within 4 days and they were very rude.  I have been checking my accounts and nothing has been taken out.  I filed a police report and the police officer even called the number and the police office told me that this was more likely a scam.  I did put a fraud alert on my credit bureaus for 90 days though. They were calling me on my cell and I finally had the number changed.  I also had other people that I work with do some research and they found out it is definitely a scam.  They had all my information like my ss# and friends name but not the right phone numbers for them.  I haven't heard anything since I changed my number

i just received a call from a robert davis was trying to threaten me was asking for more $300 from what i owe this people are scam calling from india never pay them just try to piss off.

did anyone go through this longer then a few days ago to really know its just a scam and that nothing came of it?

Why cancel bank information?  Do you know more information?
I received a call last night as well, called back noone there. this morning the calls began again.  I do recall a loan but not the not paying it off though at the time I took it out it very well may be true.  As a single parent who was laid off over a year a go I began to freak.  I begged them to work with me despite how rude they were being. Finally they said I had to pay half today and half next week.  I called back to make arrangements and they gave me sattlement pricfe to keep myself out of court.  When I asked thme to fax mer documentation before I would pay them, they refused, said they would se3nd nothing until after payment was received.  they refused to work with me, afte I grew frustrated they said they were taking away my right to a settlement and that I would now have to go to court.

I just recevied a call from that number as well (866-860-4509) from a very arrogant man named Michael although when I called back Michael seemed to be out and Hendrick could help me.  He told me I needed to have my attorney contact them immediately regarding a legal matter and that I had taken out an unsecured loan about a year ago and then started reading off my ss#, bank account info, address everything.  He called me at work which I thought was odd seeing as how I didn't even work at my current employer at the time he was claiming I took out this alleged loan.  When I tried to ask how he got this information I was hung up on.  Then I tried to call right back and was told I was wasting his time.  I work with an attorney and when she tried to call he said that he could not give us any information and hung up on the attorney.  THIS IS A SCAM.  REPORT THIS NUMBER IMMEDIATELY AND CANCEL ALL BANK INFORMATION.

Same thing happened to me! Same 0000 on my phone.Said wages would be garnished and said he had the authority to go to my employer .I told him i was calling the police .. he told me to go ahead ..and to put it on a 3 way call.I had a total of 30 calls in one day from these terrorists! I reported them to FTC.

around 11 am  i received a call from this 866-860-4509 number and he stated his name was officer bruce payne. he was trying to reach a person that we know and this person needs to contact him no later that 5 pm if they knew what was good for them. he stated he has there legal information including there ssn etc including other family members names. what and who is this person????? he stated that he was an officer, officer of what i asked he said legal i really couldn't understand him so i had him repeat thing twice.

I JUST GOT THE SAME CALL FROM THAT SAME NUMBER IN SAN MARCOS. I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HALF OF WHAT THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS SAYING. IM NOT ABOUT TO GIVE ANY INFO REGARING MY ACCOUNT TO ANYONE. IM GLAD I CAME ACROSS THIS SITE. THESE PEOPLE ARE INSANE

I received a call on my cell phone from 512.353.0567, which is a Whataburger in San Marcos, Texas (I googled it).  The person who left a message sounded Asian (Indian or Pakistani) saying he was Raymond Scott from a federal legislative department from someplace in Florida and that the had a legal complaint and allegation agains a friend of mine and that I was listed on this.  He then told me that either I or my friend should call 800.860.4509 to settle this matter.  I googled this number and found these responses.  I hope he does not call again.

I have repeatedly recieved harrassing calls from a Jason Stone?he sounds like he is'nt even from this country and he will only tell me he is from the legal dept with a cash loan company.  He is very RUDE and CRAZY! I have recieved calls only at my place of employment for over three weeks now.  At first I was recieving calls off and on until I told him I was filing bankruptcy and he needed to contact my atty...Then he began calling everyday at least fifteen or more times a day back to back.  He has threatened co-workers who have answered the phone and very disrespectful.....Telling them to shut up threateneing to continue to call back until I come to the phone.....I've never heard of nothing like this....When I was told by my supervisor to speak with him.......he would'nt tell me where or give me his address he just wanted to ?clear the debit? asking for account information to clear this proposed debit....I was on the verge of getting let go until my supervisor looked this site up online and saw the responses linked to this number......

The calls started coming in last Wednesday from a Jason claiming he was from a legal department saying that I took a cash advance out from United Cash which I never did. They were threating me with taking me to court. They are middle eastern indians and were very persistant, kept calling my cell all day long.  I filed a police report and changed my number. I was able to get some friends to do some research and turns out these people are out to scam others.

I just received a call from 866-860-4509, the number he, a Grant Smith left.  The number shows up on my cell phone as 0000 and calls 3 times, one after another.  He threaten me saying he is an investigator and he is giving me 2 hours to settle or he will come to my work and garnish my wages over $5000. I could hardly understand him sounds India and the message had alot of breaks in it.  I have placed my phone on do not call list several months ago.  I though it was unlawful for anyone to call a cell phone for a collection of debt.  I printed out info about reporting these scam artists.  This is scary how people out of our country can get all our personal information.

I receive a message at my job and my cell from a foreign man with the name Micheal Kilmer and that he is will the Law Firm/Legal Department. The only thing I can think of is they got my information off line, from a previous loan situation that has already been paid off. These people are CRAZY!!

I got a call from them claiming they are a legal dept and they have a criminal matter, since when is a bill criminal?  These people will stop at nothing to collect on a bill, and they are not even american.  Call the police when u get one of these phone calls....
