Its a collection agency. It has called four times over the last week seeking "Jacolynne Miller" whom has never used my phone number nor has ever resided in my home. Very annoying.

CNAM UNKNOWN  2009  06/30  3:28 PM  866-860-9153  2nd Call  Came in on 1st Distinctive Ring (513) xxx-xxxx.  I answered. Automated call (Female Voice) calling for Cindy S???????.  I kept pressing the buttons to make the message repeat and cost them as much money as possible.  "Call Stellar Recovery, 'a debt collection company' at 866-860-9153".  Cindy has not had my number for 10 years. AKA Star Recovery.

This is a data recovery company soliciting service, these %$^%$#$%$%#&$#&%$#%&$ need a denial of service attack sent to their server for harassment. If I can't recover my own data  
It does need to be recovered.

Keep receiving calls from this number asking for the name of a person I've never heard before. Automated call from 866-860-9153

I have received calls from this number MULTIPLE times asking for someone I've never heard of. It's getting very frustrating and annoying!!! I've told them multiple times that I don't know the person they are trying to reach. I have asked to be removed from their list. I have complained to upper mgmt and yet THEY ARE STILL CALLING!!! Anyone know how to stop this harrassment?

I get calls from this number A LOT. Almost everyday.They leave computerized message for a person who is not me. I just don't pick up phone with 800, 866 phone number.

866-860-9153 Stellar Recovery (not certain of spelling). They call every day asking for Janice Fung. Every day I push the correct numbers to alert them that they have the wrong number, and then get transferred to a live person who is very rude and insistent that this is the first time they have ever called me. My digital phone logs show they are lying. My phone company (Surewest) says the only way to fix this is to block their number directly with your phone company. "Do Not Call" list does not help in this situation.

I believe this company calls with false names to get you to call them back and say that person does not have this phone. I have been called hundreds of times by this number and they ask for Anthony Dement who i do not know. When I call back i get Stellar Recovery who is obviously trying to sneak in and get some unauthorized information.

I know times are rough, but don't be a idiot and use the same phone # for your beauty biz and a freakin "scum" collection biz.  They might invest in some internet training first.

Lets all call them or email CONSTANLY and waste their #$#@@#@# $$$$.  I too owe nothing.  OH, I have been on the worthless "NO CALL LIST" for over 5 years.  

I will now go to the FCC and file another complaint.  More waste of my time no doubt!
