Keep getting phone calls from this number and they never leave a message. So fed up of these types of calls. I thought I was on a No Call list....

I just cancelled my home phone and started getting calls from this number, it appears that they may be Bell's retention department. When i called back i got a recording to call 310-BELL.

Je reçois des appels de ce numéro: 1-866-871-7794.  Hier, le 17 avril 2013.  Ma conjointe a répondu et il y avait quelqu'un au bout de la ligne qui lui demandait pourquoi elle abandonnait Bell.  (J'ai fait annulé tous mes services le vendredi précédent.). Il a ensuite tenté de lui faire voir une promotion jusqu'à ce,qu'elle lui dise que nous avions versé un acompte pour l'autre fournisseur.  Il a alors dit à ma conjointe qu'il avait d'autres appels à s'occuper...  Elle lui a rappelé que c'est lui qui avait appelé!

Aujourd'hui, deux appels du même numéro et aucune réponse au bout de la ligne.  Un rappel de ma part déclenche un message enregistré qui me dit que Bell n'utilise plus ce numéro.

Bientôt libéré de Bell.

Ils ont apppelé chez moi puis n'ont rien dit. On a donc raccroché. Très déplaisants comme appels. J'ai aucune idée de l'origine.

J'ai reçu 2 appels provenant du 1-866-871-7794. Aucune réponse. J'ai raccroché. Qui appelle?, Pourquoi? Je l'ignore mais une chose est sûre ces appels sont déplaisants. Quel arnaque se dissimule derrière ces appels?

Just got a call from this number, asked for my husband, claiming to be Bell. When I said that he wasn't in they said that it was a courtesy call and started asking if we were happy with our services. I said I guess...then she started asking about each individual service and if I had any questions. I told her that if I had any questions I would have asked them. She then hung up.

Got a call from 866-871-7794 for a 5$ credit for loyalty from Bell Canada.  I hung up as soon as I got the search for that number.  But they got me to say yes and said the message was recorded .  I will report this to Bell and CRTC .

Je reçois tous les jours un appel provenant de ce numéro: 1-866-871-7794 et quand je réponds, ça ne répond pas... après 5 secondes, je raccroche. Je déteste recevoir ces appels surtout lorsque mon bébé dort et que ça le réveille!!!! Est-il possible d'arrêter de recevoir ces appels?

This same number keeps calling has anyone found a way to stop the calls?  2 to 3 times daily and weekends.

Two calls today from this number!! I don't answer these stupid calls and it goes straight to my voicemail. I also have a different ring for long distance. Getting really sick and tired of this BS.

got calls from 1-866-871-7794 everyday but they never left a message, I decided to call them back and identical voice on  Bell Canada machine answered, then I called the official Bell Canada phone number and they told me that phone number doesn't mach with any of them. That's a fraud phone number.

Got a call from this number from a rep claiming they wanted to give me a 5$ per month loyalty credit but first i had to confirm my account information as well as my address. I can smell a scam a mile away. First, noone is going to give you 5$ off for no reason, and secondly, why would they need such personal information if they claim they already have the info. I will be reporting this call immediately.

Traced to Bell Canada, no further info found

1-866-871-7794 belongs to Bell Canada.  It's a call centre.  When I called them back to ask why they keep hanging up on my answering machine the guy tried to get me to tell him what other bell services I use.  When I told him I wasn't going to give him that information he actually told me that he needs that info to get into my account to find out what they were calling about.  I told him I wasn't going to tell him what other services I may or may not be using as that should not have any bearing on why they were calling my home.  I also explained that if he thought he was going to make a sale with this call he was highly mistaken.  I don't buy product, or upgrades, from ignorant sales people who refuse to leave even a courtesy messege.  That's when he snapped at me that he can't tell me why the office was calling as there were no notes on my file.  So I hung-up.  I am so glad they record ALL their calls.
