Keeps calling and hangs up before I can answer.  Calls at least 2 times a day.

This number has continously called and hang up when I answer.  Please,please stop calling my number. This is very annoying!!!  Can the phone company do anything about this company?

I called my credit card company, Citibank and they said they have no control over who calls however the rep did opt me out of all Citibank promotions, marketing calls and mailing inserts.  Citibank seemed unaware of this particular company but they did for what they had control over but they did indicate that they did not sell or hire The Career network.

No matter how many times you complain to FCC nothing happens. People have been complaining all year long and yet these people still call and harass. Good luck with FCC. They do nothing!

I received yet another call from them today. This time unlike all 1000 (it seems like) previous call, I answer and they hang up. Today I spoke with Tonya and she identified her company as "Capitol Rewards" with a call back number of 1-866-619-9550. I am not sure if she thought I would not check or what but, of course, the number gets an "out of service" recording. I told her to stop calling and she hung up before I could finish my sentence. I will look up the company name, location, phone number, etc... and put it on here when I get the chance.

The number is always disconnected when I answer.  I get a call every other day from this number.

they called me and hung up when i answered. all i said was "yes this is me." i read somewhere else all they need is a yes and they can voice recored switch it around and charge your bank account saying you said yes . i feel i made a mistake answering the way i do. i don't thik i'll ever say yes again when something can record.

Thank goodness I've never answered this call!  After reading all these stories, I am almost positive that it is Chase Bank that must be behind it.  I've had TONS of problems with Chase.  I don't belong to Capitol One or Washington Mutual.  

They have called for the past 5 days in a row around 11am and 7pm.  I've never answered.  I never will.

They have called me 7 times since 11/11/09.  The first time I answered I told them I wasn't interested in anything they had.  Yesterday I told them the number they were calling is a work cell number and to not call again.  They just called me!!!!!  

They say they are captial rewards and are calling about my m/c ending in ....

I receive a call from 866-875-8720 around the same time each evening and when I answer no one says anything.  After a short pause the call is disconnected.  I would like to know who is making the calls.  I have wanted to return the call to find out who is making them but am afraid this is a scam and if I do return the call I will receive a charge for it on my telephone bill.

These people keep calling my cell phone and I keep telling them to stop, the call me as much as 3 time a day. They are trying to sell me some packages and keep referring to my mastercard. How can I make them stop

called chase customer support 1-800-788-7000, and kept hitting 0 until some gal answered, she supposibily had never heard such a complaint before but was able to take me off the call list with just my first and last name.. ha cant wait to see how well this works...

this 866 875 8720 number has nothing to do with choice banks i called and they know nothing about this number but who ever is behind it needs to get there records stright and quit calling people who have nothing to do with there records dumb s**ts

ahhhh i remembered how they got my number now i went and registered my debit card on the computer so if you want to buy something online u may want to write a check for your things you buy online and not register your credit or debit on line with {gift to go} is partially @ fault for sharing your information so if you dont want that call from "866 875 8720" dont register your credit card or debit card on line. that will cut it off @ the rooooooot...........................

Call is made to my Cell phone at least 3 times per week.  When I answer nobody is on the other end or they will hang up and NOT leave a message.  Number called is 469-644-5092

I keep getting calls from 1-866-875-8720. I have tried to find out who these people are and can not. One time I did answer my phone and then they hung up. Other times they just call and i do not answer. I have now registered with the do not list. Hope this will quit.

This number (866-875-8720) has called me everyday.  I sometimes say, "is this capital one" or "piss off to them and they hang up. THey always hang up and you try to call the number back and it is busy. Today I decided to listen to them and they said that they were from Capital Rewards and are sending 2- $100 gift cards as well as $300 in grocery Coupons to me. I asked how I received these prizes and they stated I made an online purchase thru one of their partner affiliates. I said I didn't recall any purchases when I know I made 2 online purchase 2 months ago in which I was scammed also. BriteTeethPro and another Teeth whitener company sells you the product for the shipping cost of .99 and 1.99 but actually they charge you for a membership at 80 and 100 dollars inwhich they claim they cannot refund.  SO I went to my bank and told them about Brite teeth pro scam and the bank refunded me my 84.99.  Then it happened again and the other company charged so I called them talked to a little snatch for 20 min before I talked to her manager. I told him that what he and his company are doing is a scam and since I know many Seattle Radio DJ's I was going to advertise in the state of WA that they are a scam and will take your money and that the products are no good. After I told him that he agreed to refun me in full...which tool 5 days. I get calls from ph# 1-866-875-8720 3-5 times a day, how do i make it stop it is annoying.  I've tried to call back to ask them to stop calling me & it only rings busy.

The caller keeps calling my cell phone number and hanging up. They never leave a message. I have been getting these calls starting Friday November 20, 2009. Please stop calling this number.

This number called my cell 5x's today alone and over 20x's in the last 4 days. They must be affiliated with the "free trial" companies. Stupid of me to do anything like that. This is a learning experience, and I will keep records and file harassment charges once I make sure which company is calling.

These people not only called my number but they called my nephew whom I use as a reference on everything. The guy says he is Investigative Officer Roberts and I have legal charges that I need to get cleared up. I do not live that kind of life and I want the calls to stop.

I agree this person talked so fast and when I tried to stop her from talking she said quit yelling at me!  I said I raised my voice to get you to stop talking.  i asked her who she was with and she told me Citi Bank....I don't have or never had an account with Citi Bank and I want nothing from you!  Then she yelled back at me,"I told you quit yelling at me _itch and hung up on me!  Since that day they have called 4 times a day.  I don't answer anymore!
