Other numbers used by this caller, who appears to represent themselves as agents of Chase, are: 866-876-2996, and 800-446-6431.  They use different numbers to appear that they are not making excessive calls from one number.  Finally received a voicemail tonight from 800-424-5004.  It is a canned message saying it is about a personal financial matter, not even addressed to me by name.  If someone knocked at your door and asked you to open it to discuss an "important financial matter", but declined to give any other information, would you open the door?  If you knew that most of the banks in the US put the US into the worst depression in 70 years, and some people were ruined because of it, and they got a bailout from your taxes for years to come and paid themselves bonuses, and an individual saying, but not convincingly, that they represent one of these banks, knocked on your door, to discuss an enigmatic financial matter with you when you had no account with them,  would you let them in, when you were not even sure they were the company they said they were?   Enough said.  I am encouraged that the message was left by a native english-speaking agent, so at least they are paying US salaries to US employees, I hope.  My answering system is open to you 7/24.  My limit is 500 calls/day.  Keep em coming.  I feel needed-appreciated.

F***ers!  I hate these f***ers.  I've gotten calls from them on multiple days between 8am-10pm.  F***ers wasting my f***ing time bothering me for some kind of s**t that I don't know about because they don't leave messages.  I hope nobody calls these a**holes back.  Don't let me know you've got an active number or they f*** with you even more.  Pretty soon they'll be sneaking these s**t heads into the country so they can knock on our doors all day f***ing long.  F***ers!

By the way, I love this website.  I really needed a place to release my frustrations.  You know, Indians in real life are persistent.  They'll call you 50 times a day for something that they need.  They don't care even if you say you'll get to it in 10 minutes.  They'll call you 9 times in the next 9 minutes to remind your a**.  To us Americans, they seem like annoying f***ers but to them, maybe they're just acting normal.

i get a call about 5-6 times a day...they never leave a message and when i do answer the call...they hang up on me after they ask for my name. plus the make matters worse the call is being routed from the philippians so when i call the number back they barley speak english! one time i answered the call i talked to a homosexual that lisped through the damn phone...calling me from texas (only steers and queers...haha...sorry i had to) i told him (or her) that i lost my job and was going though a hard time...i also told him that i wasn't happy with all the phone calls i was getting from the 866 number for only being 34 days late on a payment. i explained to him that my stupid government gave his company around $25 billion in bailout money and to stop calling me about $350. i'm never paying them back they can take me to collections me and over 95% of us americans have bad credit for a worthless dollar...who cares anymore? f chase!

Amazing how many people have all this bad to say about Chase but when you got your money or swiped your card you loved them and had nothing bad to say. It is my own fault they are calling me because I didn't make my payment as promised I guess maybe I should find a way like everyone else to make this Chase's Fault and not my own. Maybe they screwed me on interest or something... no wait I knew what I signed up for when I got it damn... oh well

Get calls from this number every single day from about every 10 minutes from 7am-11am and 10 more times from 7pm-9/10pm.
the few times i answered to try and tell them off there was never any response, they leave no messages. The 1 time there was a response from a call at 10 at night I first told them off kindly then with profrane language but there calling just got worst after that

Yeap CHASE, BIG mistake getting their credit, I've even paid in advance, but paying a little late they call every hour home and work.... God willing I will get loan to pay them off.

Called the number back and it's Chase Bank looking for someone with same last name, different first name.  They just hang up when answered so called back to see who answered, sounds like call center in India.  Promised to remove my number, will see.  They can look up the account they are working on by phone #, will not give out my personal information.

This number is from Chase Bank. They have been calling all day. I finally picked up the phone. I forgot a payment. The first time they called, I was nice and didn't realized I had forgotten the payment. The first time they called was less than a week after I missed it. Told them I would catch up when the next payment was due. They want it NOW!!!! They keep calling over and over. Tonight, I picked up the phone and the woman said I needed a commitment and if I could not tell her exactly HOW I was going to make the payment, that was not a commitment. That is ridiculous.

At a 29.99% interest rate, I don't need them. They don't give any breaks!

I have the same problem with my husband's account with Chase. I keep getting bills that say I'm two months behind on my old payment plan but I've made a new payment plan with them and no one said anything about making up back payments. Arguing with them does no good. Ask to speak to a manager and they tell you they are the manager.

IT IS CHASE! I agreed to a monthly payment plan and closed my one of 3 accounts. They now say that I owed the amount agreed to right THEN, and every month there after until the balance is paid. I told them that I was not going to pay more than I agreed to. They said I would get these calls until I pay the past due balance of what is the same as the monthly payment agreed to. It REALLY angers me that I now read that they are doing this to many. They have also increased the interest rate to another card that I have with them from around 18% to over 148% and I owe them nothing on that card with a $400 limit, and Amazon.com card. Oh,and they also cancelled my card with a $6,500 limit and ZERO balance when they first took over. That was for emergencies and they don't care...

Constant calls every day of the week. Sometimes 8 calls in one day.

This is Chase Bank.  They called about 10 times this past weekend.  I am not behind so I have no idea why they are harassing me.  I don't answer but its still a pain for them to keep calling.  They suck

It is definitely Chase. They won't stop calling no matter what you do. I'm even set up on a payment plan to get caught up, and they still call. They tell you in their letter, and on the phone, that they will continue to call and try to get bigger payments than what you have set up. What a bunch of crap.

I don't think it's Chase.  I think they're trying to say they're Chase.  I'm getting these calls several times a day for 2 weeks now.  I typically don't answer these calls, but I did the one night.  They kept asking for my account information.  I started playing with their heads a bit.  "If you called me you should have my account information.  Can you tell ME what it is?"  They hung up on me!  Loved it!

these f'tards can't get their s*it straight!  They called after we set up a payment plan and each rep tells us something different.  I just got mad and told them not to call anymore.  One guy gave me an address to write to and then they will not call again (supposedly).  My husband thinks it's funny that they have Indian or ghetto accents, he speaks like them when he gets them on the phone-we may have to record it just for laughs!
