A female called my mother's house and let her know that she was with an attorney firm called Lancaster & Lancaster out of New York and that they are resenting me for a Telephone Company Lawsuit.  I called the number she left for me to call back and it is a different Law firm, sounds like a collection agancy.

This Mr. Cignarelli is a " JUNK DEBT BUYER" He buys debt that no one has been able to collect on and goes after the people on the debt . A few things to remember with this turd --- NEVER agree to ANY payments whatso ever as this restarts the statute of limitations on these debts , Never give him ANY information concerning the debt , if he bought it he should have gotten all the info ( most debt buyers do NOT get that) Challenge the debt and request " validation" When he fails to validate then sue him for harrassment , false and improper collection practices . This guy is NOTHING , His cronies called me and I told him I was aware he was a junk debt buyer and that I had just recently taken an attorney junk debt buyer to court and kicked his a** and would do the same to him ! That was 6 months ago they haven't called since ! Point out to them you know they are not legitimate and are willing to face them down in court they will go away !

I recieved a call this morning from a "Mr. Mex" from Signorelli law offices 866-876-7234 ext 271, pertaining to an almost 4 year old debt. He wasn't rude but rather persistant that I pay this by Nov. 30th with a prepaid credit card or family checking account to avoid legal action. I told him I only deal in cash and he said "thats gonna make things more difficult".  I am glad I read these post before making any payment arrangements. However it's not clearly stated weather or not this company is legitimate. I reported this info to the BBB and I will post after I get a response.

Kept getting calls from a girl at this office... but they never could get their story straight and kept giving me bogus information. They kept calling me during my work hours and I kept telling them to stop. Finally, I called their bluff and told them to go ahead and take me to court and I will show up with my attorney and settle the matter then. I never heard from them again.

Calls every day get a recording, I think they should be stopped,I'm Going to call our attorny Gennerals office,I.m  sure they wil stop then. They alway want me to call back, And I do not call.

Just received a phone call from what came up on caller ID as 716-651-0433, did a trace on that and it's a cell phone number. Anyways they called and left a message for my husband that he's calling on behalf of the attorneys (no name left) and that my husband had 24 hours to respond, and if he doesn't he wishes him good luck.

I received calls about 3-4 months ago like this, and I called a friend of ours who is an attorney and he investigated it and said it was bogus, and to either file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, or ignore it. Called the AGO office and they said without a name of a company you can't file a complaint online, but you can by requesting the forms in the mail.

What a pain in the you know where!

I got a call from Cignarelli's office looking for my loser brother. They call all the relatives of the person they are trying to collect from so that they will put pressure on them to settle so the calls stop. Make it clear to the caller that the person doesn't live with you and demand that they stop making the calls. If they don't stop contact the Attorney General's office in your state. The NY AG's office already has a file on this clown.

From the Law Offices of Vincent Cignarelli and they say there is an immediate civil suit that affects me and requires my immediate attention and to call the number.  They don't seem to realize that there are 4 people that live with me and they leave no name as to who they are contacting.  Sick-os

They call every day, they told my roommate that they had money from a lawsuit for me.  It is a collection agency.  I may call the phone company and get my number non-published.  

This is ridiculous. If I put my name here, they will increase the calls.

 I think they called me at work and told me I do not pick up at phone at home.  It was a credit card from 1993 (15 years ago).  I told them it is not even on my credit report. They said I still owe the money.  I told them it was not my debt and do not call me anymore. She insisted I file a police report for stolen identity then and she is going to send me the paperwork. Harassment is just not acceptable.  

They think if they keep your number in their rotation you will eventually just send them money, so they can say you acknowledged the debt and force you to pay the balance.

These people are threatening to have all of my assets seized, bank accounts frozen, and my license suspended.  They are wanting to send me to court over a litigation of a debt of $1100 dollars written of over 5 years ago.  I called my lawyer and a financial advisor they both said don't even talk to these people.  Both of them also advised me to tell them they were disturbing me on a work number and to quit calling it.  If all else fails tell them to go @#$% themselves.

This number called my grandfather saying I had to be in court later this month.  They've been calling my grandparents nonstop.  They left a number for me, there has to be a law or something to stop this.
