I have received as many as 6 calls in one day even as late as 8:30 at night

This number starts to call from early morning until late at night. I am very tired of my phone ringing all day long from this number. I wish that they would please stop calling.

This is the children's cancer number, I actually called it today because I was soo frustrated when I checked my caller ID that I received these calls all on one day!!! ( I cut and pasted this from my online caller ID info)

This is crazy....I left them a message to kindly take me off of their calling list because it was getting very frustrating.  Hopefully they'll respect my request, or it may make them really mad and they'll call even more!!!!  Let's hope not...

I never picked up, they never left a message but they called 15 times beween 11:00am 2/9/2011 and 6:45pm 2/10/2011

I was told if I could give $25 it would save a child. I asked -- so a kid was going to die if I don't?... I asked if she could call back and then blocked the number.

Unfortunately, the National Do Not Call listing isn't applied to ligitimate charity organizations.  I've made inquiries into it and found there is no way to block all the charity calls asking for money. I get them all day long from 8 AM till as late as 10 PM and some of them several times a day.  I simply don't answer. Also, it is also against federal law for them to block their organizations name.  I tell them this when I answer and tell them by blocking their name, as far as I'm concerned, they could be anyone down the street trying to hose me for money and I will not do business with them and to take my name off their list.  It works very well.

THESE F***IN PEOPLE ARE PISSIN ME OFF BECAUSE THEY CALL ABOUT EVERY F***IN 15 MIN OR HALF HOUR  WHICH IS F***IN BULLCRAP. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD LEAVE US ALONE. AND ALSO HOW DID THEY GET OUR PHONE NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE?

I've been getting three calls a day from this number. Same thing as others no message is left when the answering machine picks up. I finally answered it today and told the lady that I wanted off from the list and she hung up on me. Has anyone found a way to stop this annoyance.

I receive calls from ths number several times a day.  I am on the "Do not cal" lists"  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I am 93 years old and these calls are very annoying.  Any suggestion how I can tell them to stop caalling.

These calls are driving me crazy. As others do I don't answer, let my machine pick up and they never leave a message. Is Children's Cancer Society even legit? All I find is the National Children's Cancer Society. Has anyone found an valid address for this organization?

These people are guilty of harassment.  They call constantly.  I would take the phone off the hook but my mother very ill and I have to be reachable.  They are making my life a living hell.   I would never ever give them money.  They are blackmailing people to make the phone calls stop!

I have the same horrible problem.. Ohhh I would like to know how to tell them to stop calling me!  They usually call me more than 9 times a day. For example, today Saturday 04/24/2010 in the morning they just called me 5 times.. Incredible!

I know this number is Children's Cancer Society and they continue to call despite being told last year to not call.  I will continue to ignore because I do not know whether they are legitimate or not.  I know the organizations are legitimate and I have not found any information that the callers are legitimate.

It's from the Children's Cancer Society they call 4 times a day.
They don't pick up unless you speak into the phone,
it's voice activated. Then they come on the line.
I asked them to stop calling and the caller started talking
over me and then hung up.  They still continue to call,

Institute for Cancer Research, 202-870-5894.  I want them to stop.

Getting 10 calls a day from this number..... they never leave a message. I have not and will not answer this number. I'd love to find out who this is and all of us could sue for the DO Not Call Registry.

We have been getting calls from this number for weeks, many times a day.  Our called ID shows it as a toll free number and lists the number.  They hang up as soon as the answering machine kicks on, and often before we can answer as well.  Since our number is on the FTC Do Not Call list, any legitimate telemarketing firm would know not to.  Obviously these a$$holes are illegitimate.

a lady and many others keep calling from this number above and this time i answered the call and they said it was from the cancer society and when i told the lady i couldn t give i had no money she started crying profusely and said thank you , bye , i am very skeptical and looked up this number and got this look up report this number , i hope someone can do something about all these calls asking for money
