ETourandTRAVEL.COM do not use as they lied and mislead to get you to purchase a package. Had to fight and jump through hoops to get what was promised. Still was not totally what we purchased. No presure, right they are nasty business people. Do not care about customers! Do your family a favor and just go with no strings. Maybe someday timeshares will really have customer service as #1.......

Called(unavailable) just another scam

I first got a call from these guys back in 2008 and I guess I had a weak moment and paid $198.00 for the trip that I never took so theyve been calling me on and off for the next 4 years til present using the number 1-866-897-2756 and when they ask for my husband says what's this concerning because I normally don't have strange men calling me and they hang up. Scanners -don't fall for their ploy...it certainly isn't worth it.

We experienced the same thing, but our accommodations were pretty good.  It's all the deceptive things that really made us upset:  When they called, I asked if it was a timeshare, and they replied "no".  They found out we had 4 kids and 2 adults in our family, and then said they would give us a great deal on car rental, just $100 for a week and we paid it because that sounded so good.  But when we called to rent the car, they said that car was too small and we had to pay big bucks extra to upgrade to a vehicle that would hold us (even though they knew we needed room for 6), and then tax was $70 extra.  In the future, use AAA to rent cars, not Etour.  They said the hotel had a king bed, which it didn't, and the timeshare presentation is 90 minutes, when it's actually is 3-4 hours each.  They said the hotel has shuttle service, but didn't.  We had to pay $200 extra to extend the car rental 2 more days plus $60 for Disney parking plus gas.  Then we lost a Disney ticket and Etour said we needed to pay them another $95 to replace it.  Actually Disney's Guest Relations simply reprinted one for us.  They said Kids have a playroom to sit in during timeshare session.  That playroom was a coloring book at the next table over.  Lie #8: Cost would be $150 for the hotel, and knowing we had a family of 6.  Extra few hundred to upgrade.   Lesson learned:  you don't get anything for free.. in the end I think we just paid a fair market price for our vacation, no special benefits from them

keep calling me saying "Is this ****?" Which is obvoius the girl that had the phone # b4 me.... Have had 2 hang up calls when I told them this is not "Her"... telling me they will take my # off their "list". very p-ssed off with this company.

The losers call me 3x a day sometimes. Made the mistake of listening to them once.

I use a call blocking app on my phone to automatically reject their calls. Thank god these f****rs don't have my home number.

I answered this call and had the rudest person trying to sell me a vacation. First he said that I had purchased the vacation and when I said I did not, he then said "duh, that's why I am calling stupid"
This company calls me daily and I have asked for them to take me off their call list,(I am on the DNC),they do not stop calling. What can I do? Very frustrated.

These pitiful creatures called me (again) today, asking for my father. I reported that he had passed away some years ago. The telemarketer responded by saying that the deal was still valid for me. I told him thank you, but no thank you, in which he asked, 'What, you don't take vacations?' If the man was standing before me at that moment, I would have torn off his left arm and beaten him to death with it. Then, I would have gotten his personal information, and destroyed his entire family. Next, I would have found out where his deceased family members were laid to rest, unearthed them, and crucified them.
After my anger subsided, I began to really feel sorry for these people. This is what they have decided to do with their lives? To pester and bother people, all for a measly buck? Huh? I don't get it, and I'm glad I never will. I'm sure they will call again, and I will answer politely, and again decline their most generous offer.

why would I book a vacation on my credit card and not use my several thousand air miles???? I have even told them I am living on welfare with my aging mother and they still want me to book my FREE vacation, how bogus is this?

All of the phone calls that I am getting from you are useless. I am not interested in anything that you have to sell, give away, etc. STOP CALLING MY CELL PHONE......IMMEDIATELY!!! Or I will get you for harrassment.

There has been 3 call in two days from this #.  I have call more than a month ago to stop all unknown calls and it hasn't stopped yet.

we got a call from this number the company is accurate - ETOUR&TRAVEL and they do give great rates - we have used them several times u must attend a timeshare event but do not have to purchase one. i asked them not to call back that i have their number if i need them. seemed polite enough.

this is where you make a complaint if your number is on the national do not call registry. if enough people complain, legal actions can be taken against this company. PLEASE fill out the form and submit it to the DO NOT CALL page. if enough people make their voices heard, things start to happen.

I thought when I registered on the national DO NOT CALL list, that telemarketers wouldn't be calling me. guess I need to dig a little deeper into this issue and see if there's an agency to whom I can report the callers. I'll let y'all know how it goes :D
