I had a charge also.  I called and they told me it would be refunded. Said it was done over the internet.  They never refunded the money and now the number is disconnected.

Same here - no phone call, e-check in the amount of $29.95.  Called our credit union and they did have an authorization form from MB Moon Park with the customer service number listed.  When I called the number it had a recording that put me on hold for a "conference call".  I hung up and called the credit union back.  They are putting the $29.95 back into my account.

This number was on a bank statement and it was with a charge of $29.95. I have never heard of this company. When I called, they said a refund was in progress - that was on Dec. 9th,2008.
I want a complaint for these people, they are scamming or something.

I did get a credit about 11 days after I called in.  I, too, have used propay for my Mary Kay business.  Propay for me is only used for credit cards and debit cards, not for checking accounts, which is where my charge came in.

I checked my account today to discover this random 39.99 charge.  Called them up and they went through their usual spiel.  The funny thing is that my bank took the check even though my address on the check is from Texas.  I've lived in Illinois all my life, have never stepped foot in Texas, and have been banking with my current bank since I was 8.  Bunch of B.S.

I just discovered this $39.99 charge too. Had my correct name and address...phone # was 866-878-2432.  I asked for e-mail address of Moon Park or phone #; of course they didn't have either.  She suggested I e-mail the customer support and tell them what happened.  She gave me an e-mail of support@mbsupportcenter.com...I suppose this is fraudulent too.  I'll be contacting my credit union first thing tomorrow a.m.. Something needs to be done to stop this!!

MP Moon Park is the Forger!!!  They get your information from either a payday loan or through a government grant (this per my bank's forgery department).  I got hit the day after I dropped off paperwork to the city for water hookup.  Close your account - don't wait for the refund as you will NEVER get it.  However, leaving the account open allows them to go back for more money!  File a fraud report and police reports.

Got a charge for 39.99 to my account November 26, and I didn't order anything. Called the # and got "Anna" then she hung up on me when I started questioning her.  I called my bank and I have to go in and fill out some fraudulent papers and I will probably have to close my account as well!!  I am furious especially since "Anna" didn't have any information other than it's for some adult porn website, I screamed at her and told her who authorized it and she said I did!!!  She hung up when I told her I didn't do anything, but before that she said they will erase my information and refund my money in 7-10 days!!!!  I live in Louisiana, have an account with USBank and paypal also!!

No phone call but a counterfiet e-check ( an actual, physical piece of evidence ) was generated in my correct name, address, bank account number and routing number. The check number was 6 digits whereas I am only in 4 digits. It sailed through my bank account on December 5th and we caught it on Saturday December 6th. Immediately notified our bank for account flagging and fraud investigation. Next day, the State Police to generate an Identity Fraud Report and number. Spent yesterday at the bank taking care of closing accounts, opening new ones, etc and providing them with the Police Report number. Will spend today working on the credit reporting agencies and the FTC and any other necessary agencies to protect from fraud that could possibly be ongoing at the time but we would not be aware of until much later. ( Bogus loans, deliquent accounts, etc. in my name. ) All this upheavel for $24.99. Doubtful also that MB Moon Park is connected with any adult site. They hand you that crap to distract you from the facts. The money that has been stolen from YOU has gone to MB MOON PARK. Think they're sending that "subscription" money to adult web sites?? No...they're keeping it themselves and laughing at all of us from their little island in Cypress ( by Greece.. for those who are geographically challenged ) all the way to their bank.
From our investigations(myself, the victim and hubby...retired State Trooper) we've ascertained one thing...it will be virtually impossible to discover HOW THEY GOT THE INFORMATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. Would love to see a comment from anyone who has pinned this down. Also...if you are like me and had a forged e-check generated and run through your account as opposed to an electronic deduction...please make a copy of it and have it attached to your police report. The copy proves that their was an actual, physical piece of evidence that was counterfeited. If you do have a situation like mine and you think that at any point that counterfeited e-check was placed in the United States Postal System..you can file a report with them. Sad part in all this...how far do you really think your bank ( who most likely has insurance coverage to promptly re-imburse you ), the police, the FTC, the Postal Service or the FBI will really go to persue a charge of $24.99??? And THAT is EXACTALLY WHY... these people do this. For small amounts to thousands of people. We who catch this ( especially early ) are probably in the minority. Again...would appreciate hearing comments from anyone who has a confirmed method that the thieves used to get the information necessary to commit these crimes.

Same BS here!  There giving me the run around.  My uncle works Fraud Division for the Sioux Falls Police Department and will be looking into this.  The debted from my Wells Fargo acct $39.99 as well.  They have no phone number for their headquarters nor do they even know where their pay checks come from.  Nice that we no we have Americans working for terrorists and don't even know who they are working for or whom they get paid from.  Osama Bin Laden supporters must be.

As an employee of a well known Credit Union - I just had a customer in my office with a 24.99 check. Please advise your financial instruction FIRST they can send the check back to "Moon Park" and credit your money back to you.

Also please know that there is no way to monitor any and every transaction that may come through a bank account but we do try our best to catch fraud when it happens. If this does happen to you just adv your FI and tell them that a fraudulent check has posted to your account. You will probably have to close/reopen your checking account to get a new number.

I hope this helps out!

I had a draft withdrawal for $24.99 show up on my account.  My Credit Union  traced it back to Moon Park Customer Service at the same phone number.  I hadn't used this account forever, and they also referenced my old address.  How in the world does this stuff happen? My CU is asking me to dispute the transaction, but I'm not sure if they will reimburse me.  Scary!!!

I had a charge for 39.99 on my account. Called the number and was told that Moon park handles the billing for over a thousand companies and that this one was for a website.  I told them I did not authorize this charge, they promised to credit it back to my account within 7-10 days. They further advised me to contact my financial institute.  Does anyone have any idea how these people are getting this info?

I just got hit with a 39.99 fraudulant charge as well.  It was pretty obvious that there was something wrong as soon as I looked at a copy of the cancelled check because it had my wife's name and an address where we haven't lived for 5 years.  I called the number on the check and had a similar experience as some of you - the guy said they are a third-party billing company and this charge came from an adult website, however he wouldn't tell me what the website was and how the charge was iniated.  I'm in Iowa and it looks like a lot of you that got hit are in the midwest as well.  Your bank should reverse this charge and send the check back to the company, along with an unauthorized payment form.  MAKE SURE TO CONTACT YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND URGE THEM TO PRESS CHARGES!! I'm planning on doing that today.  If none of us take action then this company will continue to defraud people of their hard-earned money.

The bank called about this debit request because I'd closed my account about a month prior to it.  The account had been inactive for at least 6-12 months prior to being closed.  I got the phone number (1-866-898-9985)and a reference number for the transaction.  The debit request was for 34.95.  I was lucky because my account was closed....BEWARE!!!  I never authorized this transaction.

Just discovered the same thing. I was able to get through on the number and spoke to a person regarding this charge and they said that it would be taken care of. I've also contacted my credit union and asked that they block all future transactions from this company unless they call me first and autohrize it. I live in Iowa.

Just had the same thing happen for $39.99.  My bank states I need to file a fraud report and close the account.  They used my child's name as the one making the charge!  The scary thing is my bank paid it even though my child is not on my account.  When I contacted the "3rd party payor," I was met with shock and dismay - Ha!  Totally rehearsed reaction.  He stated "I work for a legitimate company" - yea, right.  I'm sure nothing will be done with these jerks - just makes us have to adjust our lives and lose access to our money while we close/open new accounts, wait for new debit cards and order new checks.

Well now, I have two checking accounts --one I use regularly and one I only use for use with Paypal.  The charge for $34.99 came through the account I only use with Paypal -- does anyone else use paypal with the account they had this fraudulent charge come through on?  I work for the credit union, so I'm definitely going to do a late return on this item!!!
