I received a call from a restricted number. The gentleman that called was very hard to understand. Said he was calling me to complete an affadavit because I was a suspect in a fraud case due to a pay day loan I had taken out a while ago that is currently paid in full. He said his name is Daniel Peters from P Williams and Associates. If anyone can provide me any information as to whether this is a legit company or not. They alrady had the last for digits of my social, the name of my bank, and the last four digits of my account number. This is really scary. If anyone out there can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

i too got a call from this # said i was being sued and charges are being pressed for theft and money laudering! they said if i didnt pay them the loun amount with i never recieved to begin with they were going to take me to court! they said i cad to fax them a affadavit saying i was paying the money and i give the preimtion to take the money they wanted a copy of my I.D. to. this had scared the crap out of me! but i never too a loan out with them! if u google the web site easycash.net witch they say i stoll money from it will not let u go to it! this is a scam its all over the internet !dont worry anout it! next time they call tell them u work wit the F.B.I and there in alot of trouble they will leave u alone!
