This number keeps appearing on my caller id at all hours.  They call almost every hour from 8:30 am to about 7:00 pm and even on Sunday and today, Labor Day.  No one leaves a message.  My account is paid to date, so even though it was a week late, I'm not sure why they are calling.  I have reported this to Bank of America

Called 3 times and no one answers on the other end. IT IS A SCAM!!! When I called back there was this bogus message that it was Bank of America trying to collet some debt. It's not BoA!!!! IT'S A FISHING SCAM!!!! Do not give any information. NONE!

Got a couple calls starting yesterday, no message left.  I answered the thrid time and the line was fuxzzy and then it hung up.

i am one month late on my bank of america car note and this number is calling me. however this number has never come up before when bank of america has called me so i am not sure

They never leave a message.  They call all the time.

we get a calls from them every day and we say please take us of you list and the keep on calling.

THIS IS FRAUD. I called the local police department. But of course since this is an 866 number, we don't know where the criminals are calling from. So, they referred me to the FBI who referred me to this website to file a complaint:

10 calls between 2:53pm and  7:51pm.  Have had them call 1 minute after their last call.  They don't have the decency to leave a message, and we don't have any "late" notices from them.  So they can shove it.

Beware, they will track you down.  I just got a call from this number asking to give my neighbor there name and phone number, that they were trying to contact them.

9 times today.. amazing since I paid my bill last wednesday. A**holes.

where can I file a complaint. has anyone ever talked to any voice on the other end? the are harassing me bycalling my house constantly.

caller wanted someone who did not live here. looked up this person on the internet he lives almost 1200 miles away from me. calls kept coming so i called my attorney general office. they were very helpful and  2 weeks after no more calls.

I have confirmed with B of A that this is indeed fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!! If they call you tell them that there is an active fraud investigation and hang up. Then, call B of A at one of their customer service or fraud lines (877-231-9372 works great if you hit "0" at all prompts).
