"Shiree from U.S. Bank" called my parents house requesting me for "confidential" reasons..
She left this number with ext. 427 in hopes of me calling her back..

I just got a call from this and they wont give any info to me. They wanted my 20 year old son said they were US Bank and same story as Shiree who left a comment above. I wont pass on the no. and i would not give them any other no.

Received a call for our son and left this number for him to call.   They wouldn't leave any other information.

This # has been calling every day, sometimes twice a day, as late as 9:30 at night.  They ask for my husband and won't take "NO" for an answer.  My husband did speak with them this summer but wouldn't give them his social security number which they demanded.  We keep blocking the # but they are finding someway around it.  I called US Bank in St. Louis (they told my husband this where they were located) and was told that the phone # did not belong to them and their fraud department took all the information.  US Bank does not show any information on us.  The calls may be a hassle but NEVER give them your social.

Same as Danita, but I made the mistake of giving them my son's number. When they talk to my son, they knew exactly what his credit card balance was, they ask for payment over the phone.

Foudn out it's a contracted company that monitors US Bank's delinquent accounts. If you miss a payment by 5 days or more, it goes to them.
I talked to them, THEY provided ME with my card number, my last 4 of my social, and the account payment dates and amounts. They asked me to make a payment over the phone or on the website. I found that they were right and I made the payment online and they had no problems with that. The man gave me his name and his extension and told me to provide that to a US bank representative next time I called them and they could verify him.

They keep calling and asking for my son.  They say they are US Bank Cardmember services.  He does not have an account with them.

They call too many times a day saying they are from us bank and sometimes can be very rude. They asked if i didn't care if i were sent to collection. I said no i don't actually i'm gonna go to the bank tomorrow. They stopped calling the same day i said i was gonna go to the bank. I did go to the bank a couple of days later to make sure i didn't owe anything and they told me everything was fine and those people weren't from the bank
