1-800-Flowers calling to let me know I had picked "Happy Anniversary" balloon with my birthday flowers and wanted to know if I meant to choose a "Happy Birthday" one. Did indeed and they changed the order. Glad I picked this one up!

Fulfillment for Popcorn Factory order placed on Amazon.  My item was on back-order (boo), but unlike some companies, at least they called to tell me (yay).

It was 1800Flowers wanting to approve a substitution in my order so that it would still be delivered same day. Very nice and helpful!

It was 1800 Flowers, they were confirming that my delivery to a funeral home will be delivered, very nice of them  :-)

Phone rang when I answered the phone was dead. No response at the other end.

It's 1-800-flowers.com - must be about a delivery that they are having trouble finding or delivering.

I've gotten calls and the guy must be an a**hole. He leaves a 3 second voice mail with nothing said and then hangs up.
