Yes they called us today.  Not only did they call me looking for my brother, they called other family members and in-laws not directly related to my brother from other states.  Wow, they really investigated him via the internet.  What is scarey is...what else do these people know about  my family?  They are a bunch of lying harassing crooks.  Its a scam.

I got a voicemail from Donna Quince a so-called legal assistant with Moreno and Woods. She threatened a law suit and said if I did not return the call they would be garnishing my wages and taking money from my checking account.  She said they sent me paperwork, but I have never received anything from them.

I got a call from them and spoke to a lady she demanded I pay her over $2000.00 right then and there.  I told her I do not just pay someone over the phone and the account she said I owed on I have never heard of before in my life.  She said she mailed me a letter but it was returned to their office and she verified my address.  I told her there would be no reason for it to be returned because this is my address.  I told her to mail me another one and I hung up. Called id came up with phone number 716-688-7104 with company name getzville    NY.  The next day I received a call and a William Justice left me a message and he said I need to call him back by 11am or I would be taken to court.  He left me th 866-928-3160 ext. 101.  I called him back to tell him I needed a letter mailed to me and I would take it from their.  He told me he could fax me a letter and I said no I want one in the mail.  I said I was not going to discuss it any further with him.  At that time he got crazy calling me every name in the book and threating me.  I am not one to sit back and allow it so I yelled back as we yelled at each other for a couple mnutes he hung up.  I called him back and he said he was going to get me for hurrasment, I told him do what you got to do but he asked for me to call him.  Decided to do a little research on them I came across this site and see my story is very simular to others. Nothing is a consiquence.  These people are SCAMMERS and to me are PREDITORS.  They will harassing jack a**es.  I hope they get pay and pay big..............SCAMMERS messed with the wrong person........!!!!!!!!

Hello all....these people called me twice tonight! What is so funny is that they were looking for me...but had all of my names wrong! After telling them no one lived here by any of the names they had...they called me back and called me a big A** liar and hung up on me! LOL I placed a fraud alert on my credit file and contacted the New York Attorney General's Office. People like these MORONS are pond scum. they are the low of the low...no worries though...they will get theirs one day...God will see to that!
