This is ARM (Accounts Receivables Management), a collection Agency for the HSBC Group. One of the credit cards they collect for is the GM Card, and/or any credit cards owned by the HSBC Group.

I keep receiving phone calls from this company, they are searching for someone with the same name as me, I have confirmed several times by the last 4 digits of my social securty number that this is not me, they have been very rude, I have ask repeatedly to remove my phone number they say that they will and then 2 days later I get another phone call, I am not sure how they got my phone number it is my cell number and I have had it for close to 16 years.  I want this to stop now I am not sure what I can do to make it stop other than talk to my lawyer and file harrasment charges
