This number calls all the time.  This morning they called at 7:59a.m.  I don't know who they are.  When I ask they just continue to ask me questions which I don't answer...so I just blocked the number..and hope that works.

Today, I answered, and they hung up.  I called it back, and all they w ould say is its "nicole" from "Accounts Management".  When i asked what it was about she repeated the same thing and wanted me to verify my social security, name and address.  NO WAY....i them told them to stop calling me!!

This so call company, call my cell phone left and message to call back.When I called them they want information on me but was not willing to confirm the true nature of the call.I owed a debt, they applied but could't tell me who

Lotsa farquing luck with that, I have been nice, cussed them, threatened them, etc.  The person they are calling has not had this number in six years

I actually just got angry and called the number to see what I get and someone picked up. They are a collection agency but if you let them know you are not the person they are looking for they should take you off the list.

This call was blocked by our Digitone call blocker. (We block every area code except the four local ones.) We couldn't answer it; it was blocked. Someone out of town who wants to talk to us would call back (happens a few times a year), so this works great; we can ?invite? those few out-of-town callers. About the only ones that are blocked and shouldn't be are people who, for no reason, block their home phone number. We have been on state and federal do-not-call lists for years? and reregister regularly, so nearly any call that is blocked is a scam.

Several calls a day at all hours to my moms number. They have been asked repetedely to STOP yes the harrassment continues

ok,so you say all the people on here are idiots because they have tried to resolve this problem by talking to these callers on the phone? ok,then why dont you,since you are so smart.tell them where they are supposed to send these legal letters that you are advising them to send by mail? If they dont even know who is calling then how will they know where to send these letters?

Received call looking for Cynthia P******.  Pressed 2 because that's not me and there's no Cynthia here.  Then wanted another number pressed to have time to bring Cynthia to the phone.  I hung up.   I've never heard of Cynthia P******.

Who are you trying to kid? No legit collections company who is worried about how many times they call a day to make sure they stay within the law would call someone at 8:30 at night!

I received this call after getting fed up with unknown calls and signing up for caller ID feature. A woman with a British accent left a voicemail claiming that I owe a debt and to call the number. I do not owe any debts nor have any credit whatsoever. The number they called belonged to another individual in the household and I'm not even the owner of the house. The message did not say which company nor say who they are collecting for.

I do not know who these people are they never leave a message,and when I call it back they don't idenify them selfs,I want to know who I am talking to before I give out ant information,Im very annoyed with these people they call me at all hours of the day.

What a joke!  If you are a legitimate debt collector, what purpose does it serve to HANG UP on the people you are calling when they answer the phone.

Just to let everyone know, the DO NOT CALL registry does NOT apply to every single phone call you don't ever want to get again. It only works for unwanted SALES calls, NOT collection calls. In addition, you can avail yourself of the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and send them a letter and tell them not to call you anymore or not to call you at your work or whatever, but if you owe them money and you do this, then you will leave them with no other recourse than to take you to court, which they will do. Naturally, if you do not owe them money, then this doesn't apply and you can tell them to stop calling your number.

I work for Accounts Receivable Management. It is a debt collection company. If you are receiving phone calls asking for a person unfamiliar to you, you need to let the collector know that you are not that person and that you do not know that person. ASK them to remove your number. The collector will add you to the Do Not Call list. Be nice about it. These people are just doing their jobs. We do not choose who we call. We personally are not attacking or harassing you. Someone that owes a debt gave your number for whatever reason. We do not just add numbers out of the phone book. As for calling 100 times a day- we can only call 3 times, contacting only once. That's the law. If we have a place of employment telephone number, we can call it. If you owe the money, get on a payment plan, or just pay it! If you are receiving the calls in error, nicely let the person know! We call HUNDREDS of people a day and having someone actually treat you like a human means a lot. If you're nice, there's a better chance of you ending the calls.

no idea who this is and when asked... they claim hey are ARM a financial services firm.  I made a further inquiry regarding why type of financial services firm (investment or collection agency) and they kept on repeating the same mantra... we are a financial services firm!  evasive and crude at best!

this number 1 866 932 6801 keeps calling looking for people that lived at this address which is a motel. these room can get there own phones installed. they check to see what numbers are listed for this address then call them in hopes they can get someone here to give them the new number where they can reach the the people they are trying to get money from.ihave talk to 5 people that live here and have a phone and they all get calls from this company. ARM is a company that does not care who they harrass. i've put my number on the dnc list and it does not work.

calling for an employee that does not work here.  they were told that no personal calls were allowed for any employee; however, they keep calling

They cal about four times a day and when I answer all that is there is a recorded message. Today I called them back and after about 30 seconds a guy got on the line and said ARM and I went ballistic on him. He hung up, so I did four more times and then they wouldn't answer. waiting to see if they ever call back. I do not own a credit card and have not for almost 10 yrs. next step is the attorney general.

I too use The Comcast Number Blocking feature. It works great although They Tend to call back using a different number. There is a limit to how many numbers you can block through Comcast.  Do these fools ever give up ?

Got a call from 866-932-6801, not sure who or what they want.  It is for someone who doesnt live at this number.  When I called it back I get a fast busy.  I'm calling my phone company to see if they can block this number.
