This number keeps calling my mom looking for my wifes ex-husband saying he owes money. I spoke to them today and spoke with a very nasty and stupid person who basically called me I had to be the person the were looking for and refused to connect me to a supervisor, thperson then hung up on me.

This telephone number has been calling me.  I cannot get them to stop and when I try to call them, the telephone number does not go through.  The first woman was named TESS, located in Louisville, Ky. She said the company was named ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLES MANAGEMENT.  Should I contact our attorney, who is our son??

Ever since I got my new cell phone I have been receiving calls from this and several other simular numbers with a recorded message saying press 1 if you are so and so or press 2 if you are not. Doesn't matter how many times you press 2 and explain that I am not so and so they keep calling. They also use 866-932-6801 and 866-451-5825. What's it take to make them stop?

This is a collection unit HSBC.  This company is guilty of harassment.  I don't have an account with them, but yet they still keep calling my cell phone.  They've been told to stop on numberous occasions.

I keep receiving calls from this number asking for {a relative}.  This relative has a different last name than mine and I would like to know how this company got my number and how they were able to associate {relative} with me.

Same here they keep calling me looking for my ex-wife from which I have been divorced from since 2000!! I have told them countless times she is not at my number but they still keep calling!

They keep calling for my mother-in-law...who lives 1200 miles away and has never been at this address or this phone number!! How can I make them stop???

My ex owes HSBC a small amount (I believe less than $500) and these people keep calling me about it and wanting information.  Despite my feelings for him, I would never give these bloodsuckers his personal information but that's why they keep harrassing.  They figure if they continue to call and bother you, you will finally give them the info they want to get them to stop.  F*** Them!  I'd rather get my Attorney to write a letter.  That got them to stop!

i am 72 years old and have never had a late payment, why do they call 3 to 4 times a day?

thiis is a scam. why are we not able to stop them????  aren't they in violation of some laws?
Why does the telephone company allow scamers to have a protected identity?  Is it the profit motive for selling the number by the telephone company?  There is no such company as Accounts Receivable
Management and they are not a representative of HSBC or Citi.

I don't owe money to anyone. I have recently been getting multiple call on my cell phone. I called on a different phone they wanted my ss# phone number . I said no I don't know who you are. How can I make them stop?

I beg to differ! I was given their info by CITI to call and make arrangements. BOTH the representative and her manager was a great help, and saved me a great deal of money!!!
