I have no idea who these people are. They called me and I called them back. There office is closed. not sure who they are? My mom thought it was important. So she gave me a number. I even look up there web site and couldn't find it online to see who these people are. Also said if I help out they will give me 20% off???? huh

I get these calls on my cell phone, and I'm not even listed!

They call over and over never giving any confirming data.
No proper message just pure harrassment.

These people have been calling my husband's phone about a debt from 2007. They are rude and nasty on the phone. I have spoken to a manager and told her that I was going research this account because I was positive that we had paid it. We have since received calls from numbers that look like they are local and gotten yelled at and accused of being a deadbeat. I explained that I had spoken with a manager and told them that I had to research the account and get in touch with Columbia House. He told me that they had given me two days and that was all I needed so I better pay up. Columbia House got back in touch with me and they have no record of any account in my husband's name that has been placed with a collection agency. I can't wait to give them that information!

I never get strange calls like this. I assume it is a debt collector because I have an outstanding medical bill I refuse to pay in the amount of $60.00 that I was overcharged for. Well, I went to the dentist yesterday and gave them my phone number and this morning whala this strange number calls me. Funny how all these people must work together and be in the same system to find my phone number after it was given to my dentist and a release of information consent was signed. I thought something was funny about that form.

I've added their numbers to my block list for my cell phone.

This number has called me over five times just this month.  My standing rule is that if I don't know who it is, I won't pick up.  If it's that important, they'd leave a message.  One time I did answer, and they said something about a "collections agency."  I'm not in any sort of trouble, and I wish they'd stop bothering me.  One way they will learn to do that is to quit calling me when I don't answer.  I'm certainly not going to pick up if I don't know who it is, wasting my minutes in the process.  Those people need to stop doing that!

This number 1866 932 6810 have been calling my phone every single day, I call them back to told them that they have a wrong number to take my number out of their calling list, they still kept on calling me and even more.

If they continue to call me at all hours of the morning when I work a 2nd shift, they are going to get reported.  I don't know why they are calling me and they won't leave a msg I called back and told them if they continued to call this number I would report them.  This is the next step.  I work with an attorney and I can have them send a cease and desist letter if this keeps up.

This company says by law they cannot identify who they are  LIE  They are ARM. They are harassing me because credit bureaus connect me with my ex husband and his ex wife whom are not paying their bills. PLEASE report your calls to your attorney general if they are harassing you to find information on an ex spouse. This practice should not be allowed. I actually had one guy laugh and say they are calling me because you would be 'surprised at who keeps up with who". They claim they will remove your number from your system but it takes up to 24 hours.......then someone else re enters your number.

They call my cell all the time. Finally I answered it today and on the other end was an idiot who spoke broken English. She started out immediately by saying please verify the last four digits of your social security number. I told her that I don't know who in the hell she is. Then I told her to put someone on that spoke English. And she transferred to another idiot that talked the same way. I told him to go to hell, go back to his own country and quit taking jobs away from true American people. I'm sure I'll hear from them another 10 times tomorrow.

funny...these clowns continue to call my number every day even though I have told them 100 times, I am not the person they are looking for and I have had this number for more than 2 years. Another thing, the call sounds like it is going over an international connection...tons of echo (keep hearing everything they say 2/3 times over top itself) and they can hardly even speak english.

These people keep calling me and do not tell who or why they are calling. I am sick of their calls

ARM called me at 5:49 a.m. and left a message with the name and file number of the person they were trying to reach.

I have filed a complaint with BBB.

Accounts Receivable Management LEFT A MESSAGE on our voicemail for *name of person*.  The message states that if we are not *name of person*, to hang up immediately.  Otherwise, we "acknowledge we are *name of person*".  They LEFT A MESSAGE - how would our answering machine know 1) to hang up or 2) that we aren't who they are looking for?  Talk about privacy issues also - they left the name of the person as well as their file number.

Called my cell phone 7 times now, and they refused to tell me who it was and what it was regarding.  They said they need to verify who i was first and my address.  I DO NOT GIVE OUT NOR CONFIRM ANY INFO TO ANY STRANGER ON THE PHONE.  And that is all they are if they refuse to verify who they are first.  With all the scams, corruption, fraud, and fraudulent companies out there, NEVER give your personal or payment info to a stranger on the phone until you can verify their company and phone number on the internet and with the BBB.  BUT THE FACT IS, I KNOW THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTOR AND I OWE MONEY, BUT IF THEY REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH ME AND GIVE ME THEIR INFO, THEN I TOO WILL NOT COOPERATE WITH THEM AS WELL!  PERIOD!  I TOLD THEM TO F@** OFF!  EVEN IF THE COMPANY SOUNDS LEGITIMATE AND COULD BE THE NICEST PERSON ON THE PHONE, THEY STILL COULD BE STEALING THE IDENTITY OF ANOTHER COMPANY OR PRODUCT, SO IF SOMEONE CALLS YOU ASKING TO VERIFY YOUR INFO AND PAYMENT INFO, NEVER GIVE IT OUT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE.  If they want to collect a debt, they need to learn how to say please and thank you and let me know who they are and what it is regarding.  IT SEEMS LIKE THESE STUPID DEBT COLLECTORS ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO COLLECT DEBTS OUT OF EXTREME DESPERATION, RUDENESS, AND PERSISTENCE, USING BOILER ROOM TACTICS IN DECEMBER DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, it is like their mission to ruin everyones holiday season.  Hell, last year i had 2 stupid debt collectors call me on Dec 23 and Dec 24th, can you believe that.  And in Dec 08 and Jan 09 i ended up paying some $3000 in debts I owed.  But they will not take NO for an answer nor will they let me pay 30 days later. they just keep calling back every 2 days even when i tell them i will pay, and i did pay like last year.

Get a call from this number every other day. They talk over my answering message. The only words I understand is management and they say my name. I'm on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" so why are they calling?
