I got a text message and called the number back. I was told by "Rhonda" that I had one of the same three prizes and my husband and I needed to be at this place in St. Augustine tomorrow at 3pm. They are "very strict" about not being late. Blah, Blah she even used local landmarks to make it seem even more legit. Long story short, I told my husband, we both knew good and well it wasn't true and googled the name of the company and the number to of course, validate what we both already guessed.

Not 10 minutes later, he is getting the same text. Then about 30 mins later, I got ANOTHER text. I was feeling kind of funny so I called back to speak to Ms. Rhonda. Told her my name and number,. because she obviously doesn't have caller ID. She went right back into the same story and I politely told her that I am writing a complaint to the AG as well as the FTC and she should not dare call my number again. She called me BACK and I told her that if she is that hard up for a job, she might as well start turning tricks because their isn't much of a difference in my opinion and hung up. I will be submitting a complaint! As embarrassed as I am to admit it, I had actually even considered leaving work a bit early to go!!! Argggg....

Jose at 866 933 6013 ext 130 called my elderly parents and told them they won the choice of three grand prizes, including a vehicle. They were told to arrive at a Ramada Inn on Westshore Blvd in Tampa with two forms of ID (30 miles from their home). I Googled the number and read these posts. Then I called the number & received the answering service of Premium Gifts. I left Jose a message stating I intended to forward the info to the authorities and chastized him for apparently attempting to scam an elderly couple. Beware.

I received a call from 866-933-6013 several times. I have registered a complaint to the Do Not Call Registry just now and I suggest that anyone who gets a call from these scam artists do the same. This is the only way they will get shut down if we just bombard the Resistry with complaints. My call was from Gloria Jackson at ext: 127.

Ditto as with all the others.  Call came from 708-248-7779, but that number does not ring on a callback.  They left 866-933-6013, ext 124 as the callback.  Calling that simply asks to leave a detailed message.

Called on Sat 10/08 Jose said it was his last call and i shouldn't ignore it because it was not a marketing or timeshare call. He was aware of do not call list. I didn't call back. Left 866-933-6013 ex. 130 as callback. Number on caller id was 312-332-9102. Figured it was a scam.

I have received two calls (1 from James & 1 from Samantha) from Premium Gifts within the past week regarding an entry that was completed within the past 18 months. They do not identify who they are calling for but say it is very important we call back right away as this is their final attempt to contact us about our gift.

Thanks to someone else for posting the website because my favorite part in the Official Rules is ? ?This promotion will begin on 01/01/10 and continue until all 12,000 cards are distributed or 12/31/10 whichever occurs first.?

I can't believe how vertabim each of these calls are!  Each of the messages already here are exactly like the one I got.  I did look them up online, was curious of course.  My husband get anniversary gifts from his work from a company with a similar name.  Anyway, not my husbands company, of course.  When I saw who their "clents" are, I noticed all of them are travel places.  Not a timeshare company my behind!!  We got into an exremely high pressure conversation at Bass Pro Shop with the time share guy thanks to my husband being a sucker--anyway, noticed one of their "clients" is Blue Green--a time share company.  And they only called once, not numerous times

I got several calls all of the same type - the claimed that I had entered a contest and my name had been selected to win one of several major prizes, including a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid.

I figured it was a scam, but I like talking to scammers, so I called them back determined not to give them any information.  The lady I talked to said that there was a "red flag" on my name because it was now "urgent" and time was running out.  She asked if that was the first phone call I had received and I said yes - she actually said "Holy Jesus!" on the phone to express her disbelief.

She said I had to come in to a local hotel either tomorrow or in three days to claim my guaranteed prize, which might be the Escape, $2,500, a vacation for 2 to Orlando or Las Vegas, or a 32" TV.  To claim the prize, I'd have to show a drivers license and major credit card (scam radar alert!) and come with my wife to attend a 90-minute "grand opening celebration" of a "legitimate" travel agency known as "Premiere Marketing Associates". She wanted an email address to continue, which I didn't give, so the call ended.

Nothing but some scum wasting your time... almost feel bad for people in this economy who have to take a sucky job like that--- essentially lying to people to get them to call back, only to be told no you really didn't when a prize....

Called and was told, "your name was pulled for the Ford is what we said on your message, and that's different from saying you won the Ford"--nothing but j***-off's --well, I say they can pull something else besides my name... and while you're at it, Premium Gifting...I got two words for ya .... SUCK IT and I'll give you my own premium gift

The Mall management couldn't care less if these guys are legit or not, they're being paid to use their floor space to spin their sh#t.  It's all about cold hard cash.  I got a call from them too, (can't remember if I actually entered something or not) so might have a little fun and call them back.
* Remember, if you enter a contest somewhere and the "drawing date" is ten, twelve, or more months away, start thinking scam if you don't recognize the company!

Today I received a call   from someone named Kevin from Premium Gifting at phone number 708-566-4901 saying I had won a Ford Explorer or 25,000.  They told me to call 1-866-933-6013 ext.243. I called back and they told me it was not a timeshare and no telemarketing. The guy  that answered named Rob  gave me  an address in St Augustine, FL to go to an opening of a place call MAP Destinations travel agency. He told me that I had provide 2 forms of ID and a valid credit card.  There I would get a scratch off and see If I had won anything.   Yeah Right!! It sounded shady enough so I began doing google searches of the phone numbers, address and name and I got to this page.  Scammers all the way!

"Duh-nee-shi-uh", miss extension # 120, must really be a
"special" kind of stupid, because she just called here - YET AGAIN.

I could have sworn that she stated that she would NOT be calling
here again... yet here she is, calling our house once more.

To everyone who has posted here so far, please visit this site :

and then file an actual Formal Complaint with
the FTC regarding this SCAM company.

1-866-933-6013 - Just received a call from "Duh-nee-shi-uh" (There's no telling how her real ghetto name is spelled) from a company called "The Premium Gifting".

Oh yes! That sounds SO legit, don't you think? :::sarcasm:::

In the voicemail message that she left, she claims that her call her will be her "Final Attempt" at trying to contact us, as she tried to contact us before.

I know for a FACT that that's an outright LIE, because this was the very first time EVER that that particular number showed up on our Improved Caller ID records. Nice try, but you FAIL at lying.

On that same note, she never once stated exactly WHOM she was calling for. How very strange...
So exactly WHOM in my household supposedly won this New Car?!?

Oh, but wait a second, she changes her tune and then goes on to state that unfortunately we didn't win the new car, but someone in my household DID win 1 of 4 Top Prizes.

Oh, but then she then states, once again, that someone in my household won a New Car. Are you seriously that stupid "Duh-nee-shi-uh"?

The best part of this SCAM phone call, and it IS a SCAM phone call (which we WILL be reporting this call to the FCC, FTC, AT&T, and your HOST Provider as a SCAM phone call), is that she goes on to state, and I quote : "Oh, and I'm WELL aware of the Do Not Call List, so DON'T be reporting this call!"

Wow... this company sounds like a real class act... -.-

I received a voice message since I did not answer the phone - from Kevin at Premium Gifting - same story - not telemarketer know I am on the do not call list but I registered and won the prize of a new car. THESE PEOPLE MUST BE STOPPED, ESPECIALLY CALLING THOSE ON THE "DO NOT CALL LIST" - WE SHOULD ALL FILE A LAWSUIT IF WE CAN FIND THE COMPANY. This is about the 4th or 5th call in a month with the same message - which I have never called back nor do I intend to do so.

Received call but was given a brief message by a friend...I called and left my name and number as I thought I was returning a legitimate call.  Later once I returned home I was able to hear the complete message which stated I was the winner of the top 4 prizes as a result of a contest I had entered within the last 18 months.  I have never entered any sweepstakes therefore I could not have won this bogus prize.  What concerns me is that when I called..I left my name and number for them to call back because I was not aware of the entire message.  Any suggestions and how concerned should I be??
