PMI is a bunch of lemmings. I got my PMP then found, very quickly, the organization sells sells sells. They want their money that is why they are calling. I mean, you pass this very difficult test which stresses project management in one way; then they at PMI push cascade, waterfall scrum etc... completely at odds with the PMI BOK.  and they are always selling training or training materials. Complete turn-off.

letting the worthless piece of paper expire is what everyone should do. Then go get Scrum or some specific cert not the PMP.

If you insist on repeated calling you should leave a message.  When you call my cell phone repeatedly I do not answer since I don't recognize the number.  If someone had left a message I could have responded - annoyting because it invokes voice mail to a blank message.  This costs me minutes.  You also have my e-mail which is a better way to communicate with your members

Telemarketer
866-953-4015 is the telemarkters for the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI is a respected organization in business. The telemarketers have been calling my work phone and cellphone once per day, letting the phone ring only 3-4 times and leaving no messages, for the past week. My membership has expired so now after some research I've figured out who they are. If you'd like to express an opinon about the calls, here is contact info for PMI:
customercare@pmi.org OR
Tel: +1 610 356 4600 (8:00am - 8:00pm US Eastern time (EST), Monday-Friday)
       +1 855-746-4849 Toll-Free United States/Canada

I sent an email to customercare@pmi.org yesterday telling them how I felt about the 3-4 ring calls.

I don't answer it since I'm not familiar with the number.  If it is PMI, then these calls should have stopped when I renewed my membership.  But they haven't yet.

That does make sense although I haven't verified.  Mine expired 10/31 and I'm getting the call daily.  No msg.
