I received the same today.   I called the number knowing it is a Scam but you know inquiring minds have to know.     The phone was answered by a very professionally sounding call attendant stated "Thank You for call the Awards Center".    I then waited for about 3 minutes listenting to elevator music.   Then a person answered Stephony asked for the Code on the letter.   She stated that she represented wholesale travel agency so I had to go to a show room hosted by Rapid Travel Reward to pick up the ticket.

At this point I hung up.  I regrett hanging up because I want to see if she was going to ask me for a credit card.

SCAM - Letter from Vice President of American AIrlines Sue Hall telling me I won two free Round Trip Tickets.

Letter says to call this number... of course I didn't!

SCAM - Letter from Vice President of American AIrlines telling me I won two free Round Trip Tickets.  Please call this number within one week.
