The short answer is No,you are not safe. They will draft your account immediately despite what they told you.Then, to top it off once you realize this, you will have ONE HELL of a time getting it canceled.While I wouldnt say its a scam,its definitely a very trickily worded script that these CSR'S follow.I had to leave there because I, unlike some of my co workers have a conscience.BTW,full disclosure:Most or half of their employees are work release felons staying at a halfway house.

I had recieved phone calls over and over again from 1-866-394-9199. I had told them to STOP calling me every time! I have had my husband go threw with whatever they were doing, and they said they would have a Manager call back within 2-3 minutes, and a black guy had called back ( just like all the other reviews) and my husband had told him to stop calling and that he was going to file complaints on him and the guy laughed and hung up. If anyone has any information on this do***e bags, please! let me know !THANKS

Yeah I almost got caught up in this, I gave them my expiration date on the card and the number on the front. I did this while looking them up, found this site and hung up. I quickly called my bank and deactivated the card, luckily I had no money in the bank so when they tried to scam me it didnt go through. I saved myself then, but dont let this happen to you. I was an idiot who got lucky.

13 calls from this company today. The last caller, made sexual comments about my wife and little children when he heard them in the background. I can take persistent sales people but they threatened my family. I promptly called my local PD and filed a complaint. Clearwater, FL PD told me that I have to file the complaint where I lived. Maybe now, they will stop calling.

That name and another on the same day pulled my email contacts without my being aware.  The number 866 963 4935 did call again.  Many times now.  No message today. Hard to always know because sometimes there are legitimate numbers coming in.  Tempted to answer.  No more.

This # called me twice today so far and i have no clue it is..i typed it in on google found this website and posted this comment...hopefully with all of the other complaints something gets done about this!

In the last 24 hours they have called me 4 times.  Once i picked up, and the man told me I won something.  I hung up at that point and they called back today 2 times.  I would like to know who they paid to get my phone number.  It's bad enough to be solicited to buy things, but this is just an outright predatory situation.  It's not right.

So far, all i've found is that he contributed $200 to the republicans in 2008, got a refund, and contributed significantly more (upwards of $2000), registering himself as 'self-employed' in 'Sales'. When I have his home address and phone number, I'll post with that. I'm currently tracking him in the Tampa Bay area with a Ms. Hirschel. Her contact information will be exploited as well.

These people have called me 4 times so far today.  I haven't answered any of the calls.  Three times it went all the way to voicemail and one time they called and just hung up after the first ring.  Can't wait for them to call back so I can have a little fun.

This number called today and I said "hello." after a couple seconds a man said "Is this Joshua?" I hung up. Later they called. I answered it and said "hello" no answer so I said "If this is a telemarketer, take me off of your f***ing calling list, I don't want to talk to you!" they called back later and unfortunately I missed the call (I was going to have some fun this time).


BUT, the reason I am pissed is that yesterday another person answered, and said I won s**t and I did a short 5 question survey and they said I won a watch and 4 free magazines. Then I talked to a guy and he said it would cost $4.99 a week for 19 months and I said no I don't want to do it. He said he'd mail me something and the payments wouldn't start until I responded and said I was ready, but I gave him my credit card number. I honestly have no f***ing idea what I was thinking. What should I do? Am I safe?

You can file a complaint w/ the FTC. And then register your phone numbers w/ the DO NOT CALL registry. But you must know that your number must be on the registry for at least 30days before it's against the law for telemarketers to call you. But if after then they keep calling you must report it w/ the FTC because they will then be in violation. That's about it...

Well, these ppl keep calling my husbands cell phone like 4 times a day saying that my mom put him as a reference and their company was called IMC. I asked my mom and she said she doesnt even know what IMC is or who they are. very very weird

Yup, they called me a couple of times also.  Most of the time they just hang up but sometimes they will actually say something.   SCAM!!!  Hang up if they don't.

This number called me and said they were from IMC in Florida and the call was about being a preferred customer with visa, blah blah blah and I had won a sweepstakes. I said I didn't enter and I would prefer to not continue this call (I knew it was a scam) and the guy or girl, I couldn't tell, on the other line saiad "Just let me do my job" I said no and he/she said then they would just hang up, call back, and we would just have to start this conversation all over again. I dare them to call me back! @$$holes!

They called me and offered m ethis amazing deal about a diamond watch and free subscriptions to magazines.

They present themselves as IMC (internatioal magazine company).

They will ask for billing adress and say that they see you're a card holder of "visa, maser card, and "or " discover.  They can't see which card you hold either. They will ask you for your credit card info as well.

A number you've never heard of calls you saying you've won a contest you've never heard of and that you've won a drawing you didn't know you entered. Would you need to give them a credit card number?
