Got a call from this number on my cell phone, and they just hung up when I answered.

Can't believe that Rich a.k.a.  THE INVESTIGATOR is still up to his old tricks, I finally got old Rich to quit calling  by  recording a couple of our conversations , he really lost it and was swearing at me  , thought our judges in  IOWA wouldnt like the way he talked to a grandmother . That was the last of Rich for me. hint: he tries to get you to commit to doing something right away(go to post office and mail him a money order so he doesnt arrest you. This man must have so much bad Karma around him. Don't let him scare you, he is a coward hiding behind a phone, so sad Rich.

I had to cancel my credit card. A company at this number charged my card $9.65. No one would answer my calls as to what the charge was for. Please be aware of your charges. Think of how many people miss it because it is only $9.65. But doing that to a ton of people probably made them rich! Plus, people who do a lot of online shopping might think it was something they bought that they just forgot about.
I left 2 messages on the phone recording and my bank left 1. No one calls you back...

This # calls my home 6 to 10 times a day

It's a recorded message that asks me to call back and give a long string of numbers as a reference code.

Always calls before 7pm CST on Sundays..have told them for almost 2+ years that I do not owe Newport News money, and lo and behold, all of sudden it is on my credit reports, WHEN IT HAS NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE. I find this dishonest and I am disputing this will all 3 major credit bureaus.

This guy gave me a call. Said his name was Rich Dawson and he was an investigator. Claimed that I owed some money from 1991..16 years ago and that if I didn't pay he was going to subpeona me and send me to jail. Go figure that the only way I could pay was by was sending him a Post office Money Order (Can't put a stop payment on these) AND send it express mail. What a Joke.

I also got one of these postcards today. I don't work at Best Buy, nor do I have a Best Buy Card. I do however, have student loans I've started paying back..a debt collector for me? Maybe they just pick and choose what type of company they are based on the person! What's the good news? "Hey spend some money and we'll suck you're bank account dry!"-nice tag line

Called on a Friday night after 8:00pm. Said his name qwas Peter Smith and refused to connect me to his supervisor. I called Chase who told me this was possibly a phishing call.

I'm getting calls from same people - except it ends in 7014. I complained with the do not call registry as well..hopefully something will come of this!

It is a collection agency . I got one of their agents on the phone and he said the name of the company is "BAY AREA". I know that they are a collection agencybecause they asked me what phone number I received the call on. Once they plugged it in, he asked to speak with a person whom I know. That person has been using my home phone & address info to open up accounts. The person asked if I had a forwarding number, of which I don't.

Finally after weeks and weeks of getting calls from the crack of dawn until 9 at night and then leaving this message to call 1 - I finally got through and it is World Zen a collection agency (as posted above) -- They leave messages all hours and in the evening when I got home I would call and get NADA but if you call during business hours (although they call 10 times a day and night) and give them your number they will tell you who they are looking for in my case it was for someone else but had linked by name to my number. So we shall see now if the phone calls stop.

They keep calling looking for someone with the same last name as me.

These people call me several times a day and ask for Liv or Liz either way its the wrong number!!!!! I am reporting them to the BB. I see now why some people go postal!

Just moved and got a new NH telephone # from Comcast less than a month ago. Have not given to anyone yet when I finally plugged a phone in after 3wks, I already had 22 automated recordings on my voicemail from Hugh Jenner at this number. When I tried to call back some girl answers says she'll remember my number and hangs up. How rude!!!

Called and didn't pick up, Glad I didn't after I googled this number.

This is very creepy.. Every night I can receive a call from this number. When I call back, FAX Tone! Stupid Idiot should stop calling every houses numbers.. It is just a very disapointing fact about POLICE YOUTH or CHARITY GROUP..

the AssHats are calling me. Calling them back on landline = hold and they wont talk to me cuz im not the one they want to talk to lol.. Im going to set up a laptop to call them 24x7 on some hotel line here in town. It will call them and say "please call CCS at 1" this will feel good for all of you
