This is a BOGUS collection agency.  Do NOT give them any information!  They go by "IRM."  Rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional.  Tried to collect on a debt paid 12 years ago!

I got a text from this number it said "You're Approved! 4.19% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line! Call Patriot Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-866-974-6724" WTF.

I called the company back to tell them to quit calling me. I have had no business with RIM. actually I thought he said he was an attorney for the IRS. Fast-talking guy on the phone wouldn't identify the full name of his company or what the business does. He kept demanding I give him my name first before he could tell me what his business does and why they left me messages. How messed up is that? When I told him his tone was threatening, he told me he had been recording my call (without telling me upfront). I told him to stay on the line and we would have a three-way call with the attorney general's office. He hung up.

Does anyone know how i go about reporting this business?  i don't feel like i have enough information to go to the Police

They called me on my cell phone that is not in my name regarding a car loan in a state i didn't live in at the time of the "loan" not to mention i didn't even have a drivers license in this state.  I tried to get more information and all they would tell me is that i owe and needed to pay but that they "were not authorized to release that information"  i asked what IRM stands for and he told me "IRM" nice.  I supposedly spoke with a Joshua Domagala and his supervisor Cory Ostrowski.  very strange indeed since this happened in 1999 and 3 years ago i got credit for the first time in my life...

Have been getting these calls for a few weeks now.I answered once and they asked for a Rose Carpenter.Have no idea who it is and told them not to call me back.I get at least two to three a day,starting at eight in the morning.I do not pick them up and they do not leave a message.I figure they will get tired of calling sooner or later.I reported them to the do not call registery,but that didn't do anything..I will not pick up and give them the satisfaction..rude,rude,rude......

My daughter keeps receiving phone calls on her cell phone from this same #. I spoke with a guy named Josh who got indignant with me when I requested proof of this debt he says I owe from 25 YEARS AGO. He stated he didn't have to proove it. Statue of limitations has been up for many years, but he said he can keep calling as long as he wants to.Josh accused me of trying to get out of a debt and that he deals with people like me all the time. He also made several personal rude comments. I am sending this information to the police for harassment.

They called me regarding a debt i owe with the correct account number and said they were giving me about 50% off the amount i owe and i needed to have the founds by the end of the month. for them to give me this deal they need my checking account number and routing number.

They said they would send me an email in 20-25 minutes but never got the email till 3 days later. Tried to call them with the bogus phone number they gave me and it was a Verizon wireless phone that has be disconnected. I switched the 866 to 800 and it was Cash for Gold number.

I did dive them my account number and routing number. hope they dont pull something out.

I'm also getting calls from this "company", looking for a Raymond J Johns.  I've never heard of anyone by this name, and we've had this number for over twenty years, so it can't be that they're looking for someone who used to have the same phone number.

Anyone know who to report them to?  I'd love to see their butts behind bars!

"IRM" is barely understandable on my vm. They have called once or twice a day for several weeks and then nothing. This evening it started again after a two-week hiatus so I decided to google the number.

I rcvd a call from this company on my UNLISTED home number and they stated I owed a debt to First USA from over 6 years ago.  I have NEVER had a First USA card or conducted business with First USA or any banks they have absorbed in my life!  This collection company was very rude, scary and hung up on me! Also, they would not identify who they were.  I am reporting this company to the appropriate authorities.  They better not call again!

keep getting calls for some man who i don't know.  they woke me up at 8am on a saturday.  i called the number back and told them that i have no idea who this person is that they are looking for and they told me i was a liar and the more honest i was with them the better off i was.  screw them,  they can call every day and will never get this person

Just called looking for an inlaw whom we told them several times  ago in the past  they do not  live with us and we have NO contact info. They told us  WE are lying .. rude , arrogant idiots. This company owner obviously is a low life scammer loser with no ther way to make money.

They apparently just opened for business several months ago.  Maybe those of you pestered by this company will want to give the owner a call.  Anyway, I have no intention of calling these folks back --- they can send whatever they have in writing.  Should be interesting since my debts were all paid off eons ago, so...

They were looking for a person we never heard of.  It is a collection agency!!!

Scammers trying to get credit card numbers and check information for debts people dont owe. Dont give these scammers no info unless you want to go into debt. Very rude individuals with alot of gull calling people they dont have no idea who they are...

I get a call from this number on a daily basis. They never want to identify who they are and are extremely rude. From reading all the comments above I was right that this is a bogus company and very unprofessional!!!!

ok, since this is the second call I have gotten a call from this IRM, I decided to post this.  IRM stands for Integrity Research Management...at least thats what the tool who answered told me when I asked.  He was looking for some chick that I dont know and then I told him this is the second call I have received.

They do attempt to collect debts.  The good thing is you can negotiate it very low if you want.  The bad is they obviously call who ever they can to track down th person.  Just say you dont know that person and to take your number off their list.... calls should stop..... hope this helps people...

I talked to a jack A%* named Cory who told me his company is IRM...and that I needed to give them my name before he could tell me what the call was regarding...He was cocky and short...When I asked what his company does he said "there are many aspects to his company because it is so large"...wow!  so large that there isnt anything on the internet about them except negative press on sites like these... Now I am returning the favor and calling them over and over again from a blocked number!  if we all do that maybe they will get the hint...

Call came in, since I didnt reconize the number,I let it dump into VM  . No message was left.  Losers!

called my stepfather's home when they could not reach me on my mobile.  they shouldn't be calling and running up minutes on people's mobile phones and when you politely ask them to cease calling they say they don't take requests like that and that they'd call again tomorrow!  i don't even recall doing business w/ the company they claim i owe AND it's from 12 years ago.

Called every day for the last few days-no answer when I answer.

I had the same problem - they called saying they were liquifying their office and needed to collect payment from a debt I paid years ago TODAY - proclaiming that they would take 30% off the total owed just to get it off the books. He wouldn't give me any file info OR account number OR his full name. Once I said I'd have to research my payment and call them back their auto calls quit calling my cell phone at all hours. TOTALLY bogus!

Got a call on my mothers number and they threatened with jail.  file number given no clue why they are calling.  

Could find no record of the company online

Got a call from someone identifying themselves as being from IRM, gave a file number and said they could be reached at this number. No clue what they wanted.
