they charged me $3.24 from my bank account. was not aware of this membership fee when I ordered the acai pills. WHAT A SCAM!!! Would not refund my money only let me cancel the membership.

Yeah I bought the ACAI burn pills stupidly and got a 4.95 charge for "health and beauty" and also a $3.24 for web access.  I have since called and cancelled the card and am about to call and dispute the few charges.  Major pain in the butt.

Wonderful company to prey on people's weaknesses. Acaiburn was my downfall. I'm so screwed. What a scam and now all the extra work I have to do to get it taken care of all for what? OH the 10 pounds I put on! Thanks ACAI!!!

I brought the acica burn trail not noing that they wer going to charge me for products that i wasnt reciving then when i got my monthly bank statment their was charges every week on the same day for acicburn and on the same day it said health& bueaty which i had not signed up to and memenber ship fees when i rang the bank to find out what was going on they said it was link to aciaburn and that i was over drawn rang them up and the man never even asked me for my id number which i found unsuall all he said was can i have ur name and telphone number i was fumming.so i whent to the police station and reported the scam to do something about it and stand up 4 my self.

I have gotten charges from these people on my bank statement.  one for 85.00 and another for 3.24 and another for 5.00 and another for 4.95.  My husband ordered acai burn stuff but they said it was free trials and now they taken over 100.00 from us in 2 weeks.  i guess i am gonna have to straighten all this o ut now.

This was not just a Call but A FLAT out lie, I was also charged for something I didn't even know about or agreed upon. Please whoever is in charge take me off your list now!

I am furious!  Just got charged $58.76 from Dazzle White for a "FREE TRIAL."  Whatev...  I was told if I return the "free trial" I will get refunded.  Then found out about Insider Secrets and Comp. Weightloss.  Had to cancel my "account" with them as well.  Dazzle White is a SCAM!!!  I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

I saw the webaccess charge on my debit card, and contacted my bank. It was a pre-auth, so I cannot challenge it until it posts. My bank contact told me it was a web access number, so I called. The person on the other end offered me a partial refund to cancel, but I insisted that was unsatisfactory. (The person on the other end said this was connected with my attempt to get a free trial from "Dazzle White" : not FREE , and it is a subscription to a long term contract BTW - beware these folks are the agents of this scam!)
I received a cancellation number, but am not sure I trust them. I will have to wait for it to post, challenge it, and likely cancel the debit card and start a new account.

I have received several bogus charges as mentioned from above comments.  I ordered the AcaiBurn (which didn't do anything by the way!) Got charged for the entire month (was supposed to be a free 14 day supply)  Was charged 10.03 by another company who stated it was "clearly" accepted in the conversation with the Acia Burn rep. and that month's charges cannot be refunded by the monthly charge would be cancelled.  Now this 3.24 charge shows up...what's next??!!  These "companies" need to be stopped!

i have no idea why they charge $3.24 that it called webaccess. give me a break, this company should close soon.

I too was scammed from these people but called and demanded they remove the charge, etc.etc.  Same nonsense that happened to everyone else.  I realize banks will give us credit but they do not bother under $10.00 to go after the company so times that by the millions of people who do not take action and they have made a bundle.  Since then I have cancelled the card, reported it to the fraud department and kick myself for not using the shop-safe card offerd by my Bank of America.  We live and learn nothing is for free.
I must mention the scammers listed above,people search listed free, no way-it all costs in the end.

Scammers! I called 866-989-2685 and was able to cancel all future (but not past) charges. This was a 'partner' of Dazzle-White teeth whitening promo! Beware!

Ordered a sample of DazzleWhite for 4.95 and cancelled.  Got 2 charges for 58.76, one for 3.24 and another for 7.14.  Calling my credit card now so they cannot start charging me for more.

I can not believe this happened to me.  I thougt Dazzle White would be good, but now they are charging me for stuff I have not authorized.  Outrageous.  Not not give out your info to these guys.  It is a huge scam...

I have phoned my credit card company and made them aware of what was going on.  If you live in Canada, you will be charged US prices for any Dazzle White product.  Also, there is a $9+ fee for foreign orders, which I did not see in the terms and conditions.  I also phoned Dazzle White 1-866-989-2686 and canceled my contract.  Then can e-mail you the terms and conditions so you can read them over too.  I had to phone Comprehensive Weight Loss 1-866-989-8944 and cancel that one too.  I had to phone Insider's Secrets 1-866-989-2685 to cancel that one.  Thank goodness I have caught this.  I will be sending back my FREE TRIAL of Dazzle White (which was not free, I was charged over $70 for it).  When they receive the trial, they will refund me, all except the original shipping cost.  I am also getting refunding from Insider's Secrets, but only 1/2 of what they charged me.  At least it was only $3.24 US to begin with.

Please do not order anything from Dazzle White, Comprehensive Weight Loss, Insiders Secrets, or ACAI Burn.  As far as I know, ACAI Burn is not part of the Dazzle White promotion.  Please use EXTREME caution when ordering these things.  Remember to read through the terms and conditions carefully and print them out for yourself if you want to take part in the promotion.

Now it is a wait and see game.  I should have my refunds within 10 business days from everyone.  I hope so or they will get another phone call.

Definitely be careful what online "trials" you sign up for online, Dazzlewhite has sold my information to at least two other companies: Comprehensive Weightloss and AcaiBurn.  I thought I had canceled the Dazzlewhite trial "with no additional charges to be placed on my account"

. . . ya, at least not directly by them!  3 dollars here and 7 dollars there are hardly noticable, especially by non-descript companies (good thing a phone number was associated with the charge or I would never have found this website with all of this helpful information!) so beware of these SCAM artists!  I am going to cancel my card and Replace with a new one!

It is of the faudre! I commanded the $4,95 expense of the acai burn and they load me one $100 additional on my credit card!

Have cancelled the trial period and they keep charging my credit card.  Not only are they charging me but because they are based out of the US (which I was not aware of) their charges then add a foreign finance charge on my credit card.  This company is a piece of work.  Do not buy from them.  In addition to ACAI burn 1-866-989-2645 you also have to cancel 2 other companies that they include in their trial period.  Insider Secret - 1-866-989-2685 and Comprehensive Weightloss 1-866-989-8944.  Biggest pain dealing with these companies.  The Insider Secret and Comprehensive Weightloss will tell you that they can not refund you your money back, then after complaining about it for a little longer on the phone they will finally say they can give you half back since you did not quite understand it.

I had submit my credit card information for the price of 4.95 n when i was searching for other products i realized i had seen google's lists of acaiberry with a list of scams. I panic, :0 then google searched the number n lead me to here. so what i did i cancelled my debit card at once n ordered a new one :] n this was 10 mins after i had purchased the product. Altho 4.95 was already pending i was able to cancel just in time before they take more than what i have :P . im so glad i land upon this. i let my bank know that i had read it was a fraud so the best idea was to cancel the card NOT the account. The money would be refundable by the bank :]

Cannot get through to any of the numbers listed above as they put you on hold forever. Biggest scam artists ever. I am going to have to cancel my credit card because this is nonsense. They keep charging my card and I dont know what for. Where can this be reported for the fraud that is being perpetrated.....it needs to be reported asap.

I had received some charges on my debit card ranging from $10.05, $5.00,$4.95 and $1.01 over the last 4 months. I called my bank and they instructed me to call the numbers listed by the charges. After calling one number I realized that i was in for a treat. They would give me one month back and told me to call another number. After calling that number the lady told me i didn't have an account with them so she "wishes" she could help but there was nothing she could do.

Now I'm upset.... i called the number back and explained that i never signed up for anything and i wanted to be refunded. The lady ( who sounded 12) said that because I didn't understand the terms and conditions.... she could give me back 5 dollar even though i was charged almost $45.00. I told her to give me her address and company name and informed her that i was going to report them to my banks fraud department. She said ok i can refund you for a month... Um hello no just give me the information so i can report you... then she offered me 2 months worth of charges. Finally i told her no i just needed the info and she then refunded me the full amount. Never the less I called the bank and reproted them anyways....

I had used my credit card to purchase Acai product...then after I entered my information on the net..the company said they were sold out.  I tried to delete my card information but it wouldn't work on the site.
Now I am repeatedly charged $5.93 every month in US currency.  My Credit card company requires 'that scam company' to notify them...in order to STOP the automatic payment.
I am beyond frustration!!  Something should be done about this.

After getting NOWHERE with calling the listed numbers under 8669892685..I phoned the 'resolution branch' of my Credit Card Company.  He called all of the numbers while I stayed on the line and had each company cancel the automatic payment of my credit card company.  This tells me it is possible to get rid of these rats!
