Keep calling me demanding money or I will be arrested are they a legit business?

this sean michael is listed as a pedifile on Google, is it one in the same, and they are looking for innocent victims.  considering calling the local police to report the fishing action that seems to be happening.

This same thing just happened to me this morning.  Same company and went by Metro.  Spoke to Maggie, stated that I owe on something from March 6, 2010.  Said the same crap about charges against me and being served.  Interestingly they had the correct address, but I have never received any mail from them.  This is a total scam.  I started telling the woman off and she hung up on me.

First I got a call from 864-659-3111 and they left a message on my voicemail. They called me the first time and said that a daughter of mine had filed claims against another daughter of mine and left that 866 number to call. Called again this a.m. and left message that they had charges and claims for one of my daughters and that she had been served. I called the 866 number last night and got the name Metro. Called my daughter and she didn't know what was going on. We figured it was a scam or debt collecters. I called the 866 nbr, asked for the person, but someone else took the info. I found out that they have a privete number in the state that person live in or lived in and they call someone who they found or think is a relative and leave this scary message hoping you will give them info on that person. Well, don't call me and threaten me or my child. I told the person who called me if they called my number again or have that other number call my home about something I knew nothing about, that I would report them to the authorities and to the government. I raised so much hell that the person was scared sh--less. Told me they will have my number taken off the lists. A debt collecter cannot come to your job or call your employer, it is against the law. If they did that to you, sue the hell out of them.

I have gotten a call from these folks too, said that they would be coming to my job with documents if I don't pay up........I told them to please come on out!!!

This number called my friends phone, left a voicemail for me said I have charges on me from a firm and left a claim number...   no names of any firm or company. just said his name is Shawn Washington. why would they call his number for me but not me? stupid.....

These scumbags called and left a message on my employers number as well.

Hey what did they say the name of the company is?????????

Called my cell and told me I owed on a Payday Loan since August 2010 and had to pay $350.00 today or Documents would be delivered to me and would be in big trouble. DO NOT owe for a Payday Loan. Had SCAM written all over it.
