Received a call from this number.  No message.

Got a call 652pm PST, rang once and turned into a missed call. Oh well!

My dad just answered a call from this #. He said there was background noise, then the Spanish-speaking, female, recorded voice told him he had won a million dollars. She told him to press 1 in order to get his money. He pressed 1 then hung up immediately. How would the caller benefit from someone answering and pressing 1?

Got a call from the same number, 870-442-8989, at 10:30 AM CST. I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number.  Immediately Googled the number and found this page.  Judging from the dates that people are leaving posts here, it seems to be a calling 'blitz' of some kind - presumably fraudulent.

She basically said that i won some money and said to press 1 to claim it. I don think its legit though so i just hung up.

just got a call from 870-442-8989 on my work cell phone. we use verizon. no message was left.

Got a call from 870-442-8989 on my work-supplied mobile phone (in the 858 area code, San Diego) at 12:18pm PST today.  I didn't have my phone with me at the time, and they didn't leave a message.  (Area code 870 is in Arkansas.)

Just received a call from the same number , i pressed 1 to tell these people that i wanted to be taken off the calling list, the Spanish recording said" they were transfering me to the winners line"  listen for a while and heard like someone walking up stairs or slamming a door to sumthing, i got the same message from 702-224-2595

I receiving it in my cell phone... i'm in Canada with a Canadian cell phone number...

I was told that they check if the line is working to send you more false phone call... Don't answer the phone if you see this number.

I didn't answer but there was no message. Googled the number, found this. Kinda glad I didn't answer. Probably some bored prank caller?

I got the same call today, it said that I win $1000.00 dlls  to spend on purchases and it asks you to press the 1 on the keypad, I press the # one and no one answered and the call was disconnected.

Got a call from 870-442-8989, and did not answer. They left no message. I couldn't get through when I tried to call back.

Keep getting annoying calls,messages are left sometimes for some one that I have no Idea who this person might be.. called back to ask them to take me off there call list but I still keep getting calls...
