They don't get "our" numbers from anywhere, they have no idea who they are calling. They just want to get someone on the line gullible enough to fall for their scam. The autodialer devices they use can dial through all the numbers in an area code, either in sequence or randomly. As a simple example, these scammers program in an area code (say 123) and it will start dialing 123-001-0001, 123-001-0002... 123-001-9999, 123-002-0001 until all the possible numbers have been dialed. If the number doesn't exist or is out of service the machine detects the phone company's signal and moves on to the next number. If there is no answer it can record that fact so it can call the number again later. It can be programmed so that the number that shows up on your Caller ID has nothing to do with the number they are actually calling from, which makes it harder for Law Enforcement to track these cretins down.
These people are low-life scum, they are not calling "you", they are calling what is, effectively, a random number to them hoping another victim of their scheme will answer.

Didn't leave a message. Google search shows a few entries on other sites reporting it as another "free" cruise scam.
Looks like this is a new number for this scam as all the postings have been made today.
