Spammers, they call your number so you get charged and leave a 2 second voice mail that says "Goodbye"! WE ARE PAYING FOR THESE SPAMMERS AND THIS IS A VIOLATION OF AMERICAN RIGHTS! WHEN WILL THIS END??????

You can report them to your state attorney general, your states Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and the FTC & FCC..
Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

The caller said he worked for a sub company (Illinois/Gas/Electric) in conjunction with ComEd. He claimed he could lower my electric rate based on my kilowats. He stated I would still get my bills through ComEd and their service, however, when I get my next bill, I can call him for a lower rate with no contract or fees. I asked a lot of questions, and I was disconnected. I didn't feel it was kosher, and he called 5 more times and I would not answer. I don't think it's legit.

I get calls at least 3-4 times per day from this number. Never answer. 5 second voicemail messages only ever say "Goodbye".
Blocked the number, not sure how to block them from leaving messages.

The numbner 872 777-8087 comes up as unassigned call. I am registered on the do not list but this does not work. Someone named Ron said it was from cygnus communications telemarketing company. They have called 5 times in the last 2 days even on Sunday.

THIS IS FROM A TELEMARKETING COMPANY CALLED CYGNUS COMMUNICATIONS. 2X TODAY THEY RANG ME AND THEN HUNG UP. YES I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY ARE A TELEMARKETING FIRM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FCC. DON'T CALL THEM BACK JUST BLOCK THEM.
