I got a call from the no. 8375862801, saying that he is calling from delhi police (Mr. Satpal Singh), & a summon issued in my name by AK Malhotra advocate. i dont know what exactly the issue is?? coz he claimed that i am living in dwarka, although i have never been there.

I got a call from the number 8376978780 Saying he is calling from Delhi police and his name is Vinod he told me to call someone A. K. Malhotra on the number 9654198505.... Its a prank....

i too got a call from same number. what happened after the call? i too got connection from MTS i disconnected the connection by paying the due money. but even after that mts is asking me money. who will ask those fellows?

Received call from 9278084009 that some sat pal is calling from Delhi police. There is some bill pending from reliance and should pay otherwise you will face action. They also somehow got my relatives number.

I don't know why police is not doing anything to stop this buggers.

Even I am getting calls from Ghaziabad (No: +911204086250) asking to attend the court at Delhi. MTS has sold me the dongle and its internet connection even after supreme court has asked it to wind up its operation in Maharashtra.(This I came to read from the newspaper after buying the dongle. I felt cheated) The company has done illegal business that of selling its products even after Supreme court verdict in Maharashtra . I have paid for the dongle and just after 15 days the account got disconnected (SC deadline). Now I suppose MTS has outsourced the billing activity to the goons of UP/Delhi . We should tell them first to return our money of the Dongle which was sold illegally to us without providing any backgroud info about the SC ruling.

Got same kind of call from the number 7503225664. Lodged the police complaint.

And got back to my work.

I don?t think police will do much. Still lets hope.

Today I got call from 8586043525. He said he is from Delhi Police. Started telling my address. I asked him what is the matter. He said there is a complaint. Are you doing cheating, fraud.. I told you are joking and cut the call.

i also got a call from this number and the person said hes calling from ito police station. they threatened me to spoil my career.

They are cheats do not get harassed from them.

i got a call from 8750803015 saying he is a police inspector and a  warrant  has been issued on me for doing a  fraud  with MTS and i was asked to call and Advocate Mr. Sachin Arora 9911995423 else they i will have to take a bail from police station today itself by paying Rs. 15000/-

I called up on that number , that advocate said me that if i want him to resolve the issue without any further action then i will have to pay the amount within 30 min. I requested him that as per my conversation with MTS bill collection department  i have been asked to pay the data used amount i.e 1656/-. But then he said me to pay  at-lest  2500/-. But soon after further negotiation he agreed on 2000/-. And he told me to pay it within 30 minutes and mail him the  receipt  on mail ID advocatesachindelhi@gmail.com and he will provide me the NOC from MTS and case will be closed, else the police will sent on my home to arrest me. And i  will  have to take the bail and my police record will be become bad and god knows what else he stared to say.

He gave a dummy number i.e 8459102795, i made the payment of Rs 2000/- as i was asked to do so.  And i have been calling him from 2 days but there is no answer for NOC.

These are recovery agents from MTS . Satpal Singh Chaudhry and Advocate A.K. Malhotra. Delhi police does not have time to get recovery For MTS or some ther telecome deptt. Police can not be a recovery agent for these telecome company becouse responsibility of payments is for these telecome compant not govt. of India or Delhi Police

this man Mr. satpal is a chutiya . No need to afraid from him. They are just collection agent from Mts  by threaten you using false identities like Inspector of Delhi Police , or Calling from court.

Some one called me from.: +918586043525 & +919540410900 with the name of , Mr. Satpal Choudhary, and he told me that he is calling from Delhi Police. Giving me thretning and Told me very dirty Slangs.

I too recd a call from 8750803015 saying that he is yashpal choudhar from police HQ and he has FIR against me for cheating someone and asked me to call the advocate A K Malhotra 9911995424 of Delhi High Court. I did cal Malhotra and it was Rs 2000 MTS disputed bill and no way MTS claim is right

Now these telecom companies have employed people and asked them to threaten people to recover the unpaid money, 90% of billed amount is falsely generated.

My case was I terminated my data card on 24th Feb 2012 and got the service request no. of the same nothing happened for 4 month, suddenly in july 2012 i recd a call from MTS saying my 2 months bill is pending, when I told them I already terminated, their answer was I reinstated the no. on 7th May. All these telecom companies are FRAUD and they fool gullible honest users

It seems to me, these are the people calling from MTS collection and using illegal collection practices. Because I bought a connection from MTS 6 months back, however the services was not as per the promises. I wrote several emailed and called customer service also, however there was no reply from the email and no engineer visited my place to fix the problem. I hardly used my connection for 5 days. I never received any bill neither in email nor on my address. They started asking to pay for the due bill over the phone, which was refused by me, because I have paid for 1200 rupees for the device which was used for hardly few days.

Overall, I was cheated by MTS company OR MTS sales team from Sector 18 Noida.

The sad part is that, they are using court name for the collecting the money
