someone called my son from this number and he tried to call them back and couldn't ring them back

RJ from Publishers "Clearance" House, yep, he said that, wanted me to know that I had won a new BMW, I just had to go to Walmart, buy a prepaid $50.00 cash card and call 1-876-275-0714 back with the card activation number to claim my prize.  RJ did not like me pointing out the fact that the 1-876 number is a Jamaica area code, not a toll free number.  He also did not appreciate the fact that prize winners do not pay the company taxes and fees, these are collected by the State and Federal agencies.   I hope these scammers do not get any "fish".  His accent was really bad.
