He called me 12 times yesterday. Says he is with "Publishers Clearing House". I needed to go to Wal-Mart and get a $300 card to verify the transfer of a Mercedes and 3.5 million dollars.
I told him to Buzz off. He is now prank calling me for giggles. He can't even speak English.

Got the same call from this moron called me saying I had a package in Las Vegas and it was a new car and millions of dollars from Publishers Clearing House. I did not catch his name but the number traces back to a cell phone 876-275-1048 in Mossel (Jamaica).

These guys are at it again.  Person says the name is John Pierre Smith, # 876-275-8266.  Smith says there is a Certified Check at FedX for me  and to call that number to claim it.

This guy called saying he worked for UPS and that I had an unclaimed package from the unclaimed department from a casino at "124 main st. In las Vegas" - not kidding and needed my tracking number before he could deliver it. I told him I don't know the company and don't have any packages an hung up.

He then called back saying I should contact the department/company to get the tracking number and he had the number on him by chance at " 402 546-9033" obviously not a casino in lv. But I called jut for the hell of it. This time it was a woman saying I had a $95000 check to be delivered for being a good citizen and " we check with credit investigator, and you have good score" . And tells me I have to send $300 to someone in Omaha to secure the check.
At this point I just hung up.

The guy then calls back asking for the information, so told him to screw off. He keeps claiming he has the check and is from ups,  and so I give him a 10 digit code I made up.

At this point the woman calls back, started yelling at me saying that the FBI listens to their conversations, that I am trying to commit fraud and I am going to be charged as a scammer, and that she 'called'  the western union facility that i apparenrly went to. LOL. Now the fun begins

So I call the guy back and asked which ups he worked for, his employee number, which he says is 325. Really? 325 for the entire ups company? So I asked for his supervisor and he says he is currently the 'owner'
Of ups? " yes, I have more money than you could very imagine"

So I start to have some fun with this. I called the police with his information and they contacted him to stop bothering me or anyone in my area again.

I then called UPS, and explained this to them. They contacted him directly and asked for his information and why he claimed to work for ups and why he was contacting one of their customers (tuns out I did have a package). He said he does not work for ups but for "worldwide clearing house inc". The woman with UpS got

International conspiracy and extortion. At this point he calls me back several times but I do t answer.
I then called him and asked if he was done scamming people.

He says I was attempting to scam him, and he spoke with the police who warned him and ups agent and if I called him again I would be "charged in court" really? I asked. "In Jamaica?" After that he starts screaming and it was over. Hopefully these people will stop scamming

i got this call too. Mr White at 1 876-275-1048 saying I won a mercedes and 8 millon dollars. He was calling from Winners International. That it was being delivered from UPS and to make sure I would be home at 12 pm the next day for delivery. He then daid he would call that day with the infromation I need for the receipt for shipping and handling. OK since when does UPS delivery cars??? I said ok great. He then called back on hung up. So I called the number busy tune. He then called back twice third time hubby answer and asked him who was calling for me and MR White said her friend NOT. hubby told him it was a scam and was calling the police. Mr White then hung up. So we will see how many times he calls tomorrow.

Same guy, Mr. White, called me 3 times within last 30mins on my company cellphone saying he called from UPS delivery service.  He pulled the same scheme of telling me to get a green dot card from the 7-11 store and give it to the driver in exchange of my package.

This guy called us today 05-29-2012  5X and said we need to get a scratch/seal from 7/11 store next to Walmart in order to get our parcel from USPS. We need to go now and screamed at us. This guy is a crazy man and we are going to report him to the local PD.

I received a total of 35 calls from this number 5/23/2012-5/24/2012. He identified himself as Mr. White. I strung him along for two days and had him believing that I was getting a $400 green-dot card from 7-11 or Walmart as he asked. He told me that I had been selected as a winner of a 12 million dollar Mercedes S-class that would be delivered by noon on the 24th if I secured the $400 card and provided him with the number on the card. When I told him I had not entered any contests, he said I was selected because I was a good citizen and I paid all of my bills on time. When I finally got tired of playing with him he got quite upset with me and began screaming at me with profanitiy for wasting his time. He told me that he was 18 years old and richer than I could ever imagine. He told me that while I was wasting his time he had just cleared $2500 from other winners. He then told me to F@#$ myself and hung up on me. He called back one more time and was screaming about me wasting his time. i have since blocked his number.

Got a call from this guy today telling me I had a UPS package and I needed to go to a 7/11 to pick up a "greenback" card to confirm my identity so that I could receive a package. Don't waste your time, just block the caller.

Same guy "Mr.WHITE" has been calling me 5:00AM local time for the past four days. He states he has a package to deliver to me from Western Union and all I have to pay is $99 which wil be refunded in 15 minutes and then I can claim my prize of 2.5 million dollars Mercedes Benz.

This guy "Mr.WHITE" has been calling me non-stop for the past two days. He states he has a package to deliver to me from UPS, a package which is rightfully mine. He says all I have to do is go to Western Union and pay $350 for a receipt and then call him back with the number then he will send my package. After a day he now says the package is a 2.5 million dollar Mercedes Benz. I told him to stop calling and I was calling the police. He said he wouldn't stop calling until I paid the money for the receipt# and when I mention Police he starts threatening and swearing at me. My advice, don't answer the phone and don't send money it's a huge scAM

This idiot calls every couple of weeks with the same tired UPS story.  Likely this guy is a pervert who gets his high off of this stuff.

asking me to get the certificate from westernuniom or moneygram firstly for $435 and then for $ 500 for a winning package to be delivered containing 2.5 million $ and mercedes car.
I told him you can keep the prize as agift from me.

I got a call from this same number ealier today; I did not pick up my phone because it said the call was coming from Kingston Jamaica--I don't anyone there.  It is definitley a scam.  I believe they got my cell number through an employment scam. I was contacted through a post on careerbuilder.com and thought it was above board gave my address and phone number. However, when I asked for a bio from this guy--Patrick Maurer--Never heard back from him. This guy is scam artis whoever he is using Patrick Maurer's name to contact people that are unemployed on job sites; he needs to be stopped.

Received (6) calls so far from early morning to late and night.  Why isn't anything being done to stop this idiot?

I had a call from this idiot to on Dec 14th,  he said he was from ups and he had a package at the office.  he told me i had to get a check from western union and bring it to the office to pick up my package.  When we questioned who it was from he changed his story and said we won a prize.  We hung up on the guy and he called back swearing at us.  My husband asked him for a number that we can call him back on when we got the western union check and he gave it to us.  My husband called it back and the guy answered the phone, we told him we are calling thte police and he said I wouldn't do that, you have no idea who your messing with.  What a jack a**.

I have been recieving calls from the same guys the past week. The last one was this morning Nov 10, 2011 at 4.30 am! He told me he had a package for me and when and I told him to stop caling me he even asked "why"! If I have one more call, I am calling the police too! I feel a little safer now that I know it is not a personal attack..but this is still very fishy!

I got one of these too, thought it sounded fishy.  UPS leaves a note if they can't deliver a package; they don't call you.

i just got a call from this number & the guy was saying he was going to deliever a package tomorrow if i am home ! he was harassing me on the phone talking about i sound like i'm 16 & i sound cute & etc . i told him to stop calling or i was going to call the police . let's see if it happens again . 10/11/2011

Had the same thing happen today (9/28/11).  Repeated calls stopped once I told them I was contacting police.  A report was filed with local PD.

These guys called several times starting at 06:40 AM local saying they were calling from UPS to deliver a package and would you be home.  My senior mother did not catch on.  I have notified UPS, local law enforcement and the phone company.
