said they were from publishers clearing house and asked if i was going to be home at a given time. i asked them what address they were using and he responded with 'we are using the gps to ...' then i hung up. caller id said jamaica and person did not speak english well.

Because of who they say the msg is for, very personal names,  I have not and will not return the call.  The speaker does not speak good english.
