Yes it is a scam they  are calling from Jamaica....Google Jamaican Lottery scam..Report there number to the FTC....Alert everyone you know incase they get a call as well..They love to prey on the elderly also contact your local news so that can help put the word out in your area so no one falls victim to this scam!!

I just had a man called me with the same accent saying he was from UPS and if I was going to be home because  I had won a prize and the were delivering it. I ask what prize he said my number was enter through Walmart , i told him i didnt shop at walmart(but i do) and he was like well umm any store like cvs or walgreens. He ask how I felt winning and I told him I didn't believe it..that it sounded like a scam..he asked why I said that and  I told him because that's what people do! And told him that I was fixing to hang up....HE hung up first!
BEWARE.. It really is a scam!!!

Same thing just happened to my boyfriend!! Said his name was Mike Henry although he has a thick heavy accent. And that he had just won a bmw and 1.5 million dollars. But that he had to pay $498 shipping charges for the car. What a scam!

A man called from this number and said I had won $5 Million dollars and a BMW any color and insurance and gas free for 2 years.  Send by Western Union $498 to Darrylo Hubbard, Houston Texas 77067.  The man that called was Mike Henry.

I received a phone call from 876-283-5751.
Male with a very heavy foreign accent told me he was with UPS and had a check for me.  
I hung up, waited a minute, called back.  The phone was answered, but no one spoke.  I waited, listening to voices in the background.  
I said "Are you going to speak or what?"  The same male voice said "Why are you calling?"  I said "That's what I thought" and ended the call.

I get a call from this number saying he is with UPS in Phoenix, AZ
And that I won over $5 million in there drawing.
He then started to ask for a name and all my banking information;
I asked him why he doesn't know my name since he's the one calling and saying I won a prize, then I asked him who he is calling for and that he might have the wrong number because I never applied for a cash prize drawing. And I told him that I do not have a banking account because of scams. I tried to give him a hard time and answering questions with questions.
He tried to respond with answers but then my aunt took the phone and said she is a police officer, the man on the phone cussed us out and hung up. hahaha

Then I get another call resently from the exact same # and person.
I told him that I remember him calling and repeated what he had said to us.
He didn't have anything to say and I threatened to report his number to the police.
He just kept saying that I hadn't claimed the prize and I better act quickly.. Before it gets passed up.
I told him I am not interested in it because of his rudeness. ha
Then I hung up on him.

Definitly a scam.

Claims they are from Publisher's Clearing House with an awesome and almost tempting prize...Don't buy into it!
