876-284-7725 called as a david forrester same speal... very persistent

Got a voicemail from 876-284-7725. Man with foreign accent talking very very slow trying very hard to speak clearly. Said his name was Mark Shields with Powerball and I had money available to return call to same number to claim.  

Got a call from Mark Shields saying he was from the Powerball Gaming Commission saying that I have been playing a long time... he didn't make sense and he was obviously covering up his accent. I told him I didn't pay Powerball and he got off the phone. I think it was a scam.

Received a call from "Mark Shields" who said I won a large sum of money and wanted my address for delivery by UPS.  He gave the 876 phone number to call and said he was in Atlanta, Georgia.  No 876 numbers in Georgia!
