This guy scammed my elderly mother-in-law for over $100 in long distance charges and tries to get vulnerable people to fall for the scams you're reading about. spread the word and alwaysreport!

Called trying to say I won something!  Nothing but a scam from this number!!

Damn, I only won $580,000 and the Malibu.  I've called him back a couple of times and spoken to him for a couple hours.  Really enjoy egging him on.  Jamaican?  Now all my friends will be calling him on a daily basis.
